Very nice hotel, all amenities , swimming pool 24hrs and friendly staff. Good access to all places and near beach

I have stayed here 6 times it is very basic, cheap and cheerful but it is outdoor living after all. I would definitely stay here again

A good apartment for families.

The reception was quite pleasant, we didn't wait long so you could say it was good, the facilities have improved a lot in recent years, more cared for and impeccable except for the humidity and dust accumulated on the furniture (sofa, bed...) the sheets were quite holey which I don't understand, at checkout it was a bit uncomfortable because they banged on the door and tried to open it for us when there are many ways to let us know it was time, but otherwise everything was fine.

An experience not to be repeated From the moment we arrived, the service left much to be desired. Upon check-in, the guy at reception didn't explain anything at all. He just handed us the key and told us we'd have to walk through the entire complex, passing by the pool with our suitcases, to get to the apartment. We later realized there was a door right next to the apartment through which we could have entered directly from the street, which would have been much more convenient. The next morning, we went to reception to ask where the restaurant was for breakfast. It was then that they gave us the wristband confirming that breakfast was included, something they should have done from the start. Upon arriving at the restaurant, all the tables were dirty. When we tried to grab a plate, some still had food residue on them, as did the cutlery. The food was sparse, lacking variety, and everything was cold. When we asked about the butter, a staff member responded in a very unprofessional and shouty manner, pointing out that it was next to the milk and yogurt. The apartment itself left a lot to be desired: there was no toilet paper, the sheets had yellow stains, the ceiling fan looked like it was about to collapse, and all the dishes and cutlery were dirty. We even found a broken glass under the table. We had to buy soap and a sponge just to use the bare minimum. In short, a terrible experience. I do not recommend it at all.

I've been choosing this place for years, staying anywhere from one night to several days. It's well-located in Caleta de Fuste, pleasant, and clean. The facilities are old, but otherwise, it's very nice overall. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Price-quality ratio

The bathroom is a bit disgusting with the super worn bathtub. To cook 1 pan in which everything you put sticks and a normal pot For the price it is good, the location is great although it is a bummer, everything is under construction and in general good

We found the apartment dirty, it was full of spider webs and even a used knife in the bathroom. We found Atalas all over the house and even cockroaches.

Without a car, climbing the mountain is not very tiring. The cleaning is really quite good. And the children's pool is very good, we had a good time, the food is good and cheap.

I have been taking this apartment for years and I love it I repeat without getting tired quiet area
