I gave 4 stars because of the difficulties in getting into the elevators. The direction given were not complete. There was only 1 of the 3 elevators working and we arrived at the same time as all tenants who were getting home from work. And it took more than 5 minutes for the elevator to come back to the lobby making the access nul. We were finally able to get on after 1 hour of trying. Yes, 1 hour. Then when we opened the door to the place the carpet got rolled up under the door causing a tripping hazard. The place was very clean. And we did have have a wonderful time.

Location was great to visit the Stampede and easy walk to downtown area. Inside place was clean and great views from terrace and windows. My issue was communication. All I received was an email about checkin. Checkin was a little confusing but figured it out. Asked questions and didn’t receive any responses which was frustrating.

I was a little concerned with check-in after reading other reviews. The Property Manager, once I connected, was so helpful and check-in was seamless. Condo was perfect; Was not disappointed. We had a conference at BMO center so location was spot on. I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in scared me! Everything was very nice. Great location, very clean. The host never replied to any emails. Communication was not there. Did not return phone calls as well. The check-in information forwarded to us had us scared to do anything wrong during that process. There were #&*@, all mixed in with the codes. These were not necessary to get in. The touch screen in the P1 level to buzz-in to host was out of wack. Check-out was just as confusing. Cleaning crew standing at the door 5 minutes before we had to checkout. Again, enjoyed our stay

Great Condo for Girls Trip!! Long weekend girls trip, lovely little condo. A bit bumpy with the fob at check in but the host was great and we figured it out! Would recommend for a girls trip or small family.

Saddle dome rental This place was a nice space, it was comfortable for my wife and I and our two kids (12 & 14). It was downtown overlooking the saddle dome. This unit was well equipped with everything you need on a trip, the kitchen was well set up and the living room was comfortable. All rooms had a Roku Tv in them so we were able to sign into our streaming accounts and watch what we wanted at night before bed. The parking was secure and easy to use and we came in a large suv and we fit just fine. We cooked each night we stayed for about a week so we bought a good deal of groceries. The only thing that I would advise if you are doing a lot of cooking in is to bring a plug in cooler if you have one for a little extra fridge room as the condo has a condo size fridge that is a little on the small side but is much larger than a bar fridge. Other than fridge space we have no complaints and would recommend this unit to families wanting something down town and comfortable. Thanks to the host for his help in getting all the info to make it a very smooth check in and check out.

Cool apartment, let down by cleanliness & lack of transparency The apartment and location are great I have no complaints about that but the cleanliness and lack of detail on the listing left a negative taste in my mouth.The listing doesn't mention that this apartment is in the north tower of the Guardian which does not allow short term rentals, its the south tower which does allow them. The first you learn about this is in the welcome letter which basically tells you not to talk to concierge or security because they will fine the unit owner and they will in turn find you 1500. As for the cleanliness I'm almost certain the sheets on the master bed were not changed between stays because of how much hair was in between the sheets and on the pillows. The master shower backed up because the drain was clogged with hair (yes I cleaned it out, we stayed for a week and I cant stand backed up showers!!). I really get the sense the cleaners just rush through, little things like leaving Nespresso capsules when the unit only has a Keurig. Lack of deep cleaning, the extractor fan was hard to pull out because of how bad the grease build up was. Also there was a full can of bear spray under the kitchen sink which is such a strange thing to find, also dangerous for kids to find.The owner here really needs to have the unit deep cleaned and disclose the secretive nature of staying here before people book.
