Short duration trip as my two night stay was curtailed to the second night only due to a flight cancellation. Hotel held the room and were kind enough to allow a late check out. Perfectly adequate room and kitchen facilities for the rate.

The place is nice and value for money since there is unlimited breakfast from 7am-10am. Staff are friendly. One thing I noticed is that there is a hair left in mattress when I pull the blanket. There is no slippers inside the room so prepare to bring one instead. Overall, a pleasant stay.

It was a good accomodations for a one night stay! Everything this clean, and even have a microwave in the room!! Ground staff is friendly!

Very good option for a night or two. Clean room, comfy beds with coffee included. Breakfast was simple but enough for morning time. Tram station near with good connection to the city center.

I chose this hotel because it has a traditional motel. It has an outdoor area for smoking when you open the door. Although I have I informed the hotel that I would check in very late at night. I booked two double rooms for eight nights in total, but when I checked in on the first day, I was given a twin room in the building and another outside. For the Suite that has one flight of stairs, it may be that the local area dropped sharply that day. The front desk said that there were suddenly many homeless people staying to avoid the cold, so it may be that there was chaos at the front desk, or there may be a communication problem between Trip.com and the hotel. Speaking of the hotel itself, the cost-effectiveness is good. The windows can be opened for ventilation. The room is clean. It is recommended to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. Moreover, the hotel introduction says that there is a small swimming pool with heated water 12 hours a day, and the temperature is minus 20 to 30 degrees below zero. It still works and deserves praise.

Close to the University of Calgary. It is half motel and half hotel. Sanitary facilities are good. Breakfast is just like that. Breakfast for foreigners is very simple, and they make waffles by themselves.

In the west of Calgary, 5km away from the city, there is 201 at the door. You can travel around Calgary without renting a car. The in-depth evaluation is that the price/performance ratio is very, very, very high!

Everything was OK except that the room was very, very dry.

I chose Lake Louise Maro because it was too expensive, but it is good to enjoy Lake Louise both in the evening and in the morning the next day. Nice and convenient

This was budget accommodation but the property was in such a poor state of repair and despite reporting faults no action was taken to remedy the issues. The temperature overnight in Calgary was -21C and our room heating failed. We slept fully clothed as the room temperature fell to below 10C. At just after 7 a.m. we reported the problem. The response was that a note would be made for the maintenance team . There was no offer to supply alternative portable heaters or any suggestion that the issue would be treated with urgency. Our door card stopped working while we stood outside in temperatures of -17C and the staff showed little interest in our discomfort. We had to ask for someone to let us into our room with a master key. We reported other faults on the first morning and these faults remained uncorrected three days later. There are better places to stay within a few hundred metres of the Econolodge and we would strongly advise everyone to go elsewhere.

I didn’t book the motel room and expected to be in the hotel. Requested a different room but nothing available. Very noisy. Not insulated well. Unit was in need of a good cleaning. Floor was cold. Up side was that I slept well, breakfast was decent and the pool/hot tub was nice
