Best Western Plus Calgary Centre Inn

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We booked our stay through Trip.com and paid for a room with specific requirements. When we arrived, we were given a room that did not match what we had paid for. The front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. He refused to give us the correct room at first and even stated that he did not know the Trip.com platform at all, which is very concerning for a hotel that accepts reservations through it. On top of that, his attitude made us feel as if we were “lucky” to be given the room we had already paid for, which is completely unacceptable. The way the situation was handled showed poor communication skills and a lack of professionalism. Between the issue with the reservation and the attitude of the front desk staff, the experience was frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are booking through third-party platforms like Trip.com.

Hotel location is good, good swimming pool, very clean and impressive fitness room, lobby coffee machine was great. staff very friendly. Dan at the front desk try every single effort to help with our stay. I would give 5 stars to this hotel and definitely come back to this hotel for next in class services.

Really large, beautiful rooms. Unfortunately too far from city center to walk Additionally only few Restaurants in walking distance. Room of indoor pool was too cold - why is the air conditioning running all the time even when weather is not too hot? So no desire to use pool - different then planned

Nice LOCATION

On the website we chose a room with a jacuzzi, but when we checked in, it turned out that the room was given without it. My husband and I were not happy because we expected one thing, but it was completely different. Moreover, the price was higher than a regular room. At the reception, the man did not want to clarify this issue and said that it was all the fault of the people who put false information on the website. There was no tea in the room, only coffee, which I don't drink at all. There was no ordinary water. Also, when we went to bed, we turned on the heat, because the room was cold, but when we woke up in the morning, our noses were stuffy and the air conditioner was working very loudly, and we realized that it was working all night, it was cold. There were no things like bathrobes or slippers in the room, which also outraged us. In general, the hotel did not make a great impression and satisfaction that we would have liked.
