Amenida Residences Calgary

I booked for three bedrooms; one have no TV and no fridge, the other one have no coffee. Not enough bathroom towel for everyone. The floor is filthy. The pool has no air circulation. We can see the water condensate on the ceiling. First time and last time.

This is the 2nd time I booked this hotel residence the first time March last year without a online booking then I booked through tthrough this year January 30 to February 3rd , I booked this hotel because it's been good service the first time I booked here and I had both times had good service. The hotel is a good location as it has bus service to downtown and southcentre that stops at chinook #10 & 15 + the Red line to somerset and Tuscany with easy transfer to the other lrt line blue line to saaddletown and 69st west end. I only used my hotel to relax and sleep other then that I was exploring and visiting family and friends. The front desk and cleaning staff was amazing 👏. The next time I vacation to Calgary expect a booking from this guy for a 3rd time.

Nice rooms. Nice facilities . There could have been better equipments in gym and a restaurant / cafe

The hotel is in a good location. There are restaurants and shopping malls nearby. It must be praised that the hot water is hot enough and the amount of water is strong enough. However, the hotel facilities are old. If you use the hair dryer in the room for 30 minutes, the room will be electrified. You have to go to the front desk and tell the assistant. Fortunately, the hotel staff was very friendly and quickly restored the electricity.

It was a great experience staying in Amenida Residences. Will definitely recommend!

The hotel was a holiday inn but it is built on a escartment so the lobby is on the third floor. Second and first are below each other. Staff are top notch. I'll rent again.
