Holiday Inn CALGARY-AIRPORT by IHG

Nice and cozy and clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pool amenities is family-friendly too. Restaurant for breakfast is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Parking lot is accessible too. ❗️But my request to book my room atleast closer to my sister was not granted even they confirmed the day before we arrived. We were put on different floors instead. We booked for 4 rooms in total for this trip. 👎🏻

Good for business trip

There were tiny hairs in the towels. But, overall , I would Recommend it, receptionists were fantastic.

The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out. Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience.

Rooms are exactly the same as images. Very spacious. Worth the price. Free parking is great

The staff was nice and the check in process is easy. Location is near the airport but getting there can be long. There is a shuttle bus to get to the hotel from the airport which is convenient. The room is spacious and clean. I recommend it for people going to calgary and parking can be full at times.

I absolutely loved everything about this place. It’s the perfect place to stay. The staff was fantastic, from the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant staff. I’d give it a perfect 10/10.
