State of room was shocking. Tub didn’t drain and paint was crumbling off walls. Strange stench filled room and hallways.

I stayed for 9 nights and in that time they voluntarily cleaned room once and a total of two times being asked for clean towels (after four days!) Desk employees were rude each time I asked a question.
If their goal is to get NEGATIVE reviews they have accomplished that!

The room was clean, and I was not expecting to get such a nice and beautiful room to spend the night. It was beyond my expectation. Value for money. That's the main reason I trust Trip.com for all my bookings.
