Parking situation is Valet with the hotel or a third party parking lot. Call ahead of time if you have time sensitive events if you choose the valet option. Shampoo/soaps were super drying. Breakfast was impressive with an amazing variety. (Try the chicken congee if it’s there!)

Location 💯 Staffs 💯 Facilities 💯 Breakfast 💯 Room was really clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back to stay again!

Was there for one night. Reached there early in the morning and left around 10am. Was upgraded and happy with the room. Breakfast was good too. Only feedback is the quality of the towels and bedding items, which we felt can be improved.

Truly an epic room and stay- Check in was smooth and cordial even with it being an incredibly busy time. Room was immaculate and well appointed. Would definitely choose this location again.❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of facilities. The breakfast was excellent value for money, and everything made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Best hotels stay in a long time. Loved that they changed my room from a king bed to 2 queen beds. Breakfast was good with a variety like waffles and baked goods.

Had an amazing stay at Residence Inn! The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds (its on the softer side so you really sink in), perfect for a good night’s rest after a full day of exploring. Most of Calgary’s main attractions are within walking distance, which made getting around super convenient. The hotel also offers self-service laundry, which was a big plus. Washing and drying cost only CAD 3 each, which is very reasonable compared to other places we’ve stayed. Laundry sheets/powder are also available for CAD 4 in the lobby's shop. Parking isn’t free, but that’s expected downtown. You can choose valet service or park in the next building for CAD 30 per night. If you prefer, there’s also street parking and several parkades nearby - both street-level and underground. Overall, highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calgary!
