When we arrived there, no room was available because many bookings had been made through trip.com. They said they had no control over the bookings made on the platform, even though the available rooms were limited. The room I originally booked was Regency, but we were given a Premium room instead. However, they allowed us to stay for 22 hours. The only downside was that when we arrived, there was no available room even though we had already booked for that day. They said many bookings had been made through trip.com, and they had limited rooms. The good thing was that they still accommodated us and allowed us to stay for 22 hours. Although we arrived a bit late, we had informed them in advance that we would be late that day.

nice room always given to us thanks to manager sa branch na ito even the staff are very good

the room is nice, though it kinda smell bad. it need a little freshener as the room that we had smells like a little bit of cigarette. after some of the people checked out, i suggest spray some freshener so it doesnt smell bad esp the comfort roo

The location is very accesible, the place is clean and above all, the staffs are friendly and accomodating.

Our experience at the hotel was overall comfortable and peaceful. Rooms were tidy and along with that delicious breakfast food.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. The bathroom was tidy, with a good supply of toiletries and hot water.
