We arrived early at the hotel in early April 2024, we had a friendly reception. Although the hotel was only operating with 1 out of the 4 bars, this was not a problem. Excelent servive, throughout. The main pool was open, however the sun does not shine after 1445 hours on that area, the pool to the hotel where we were staying had the sun all day long, which was cleaned evey day, but was out of bounds. We did ask if the managment along with 14 other guests why could we not use the pool, which was warm. Answer No, the next day security staff was bought in carring a large batton (hitting Stick). My 2 young sons and the rest of my family felt this was very wrong in a family hotel. It was a simple requst to open the pool. On the plus side, the rooms are on the small side, however cleaned every day. A credit to the cleaning staff. Apart from the breakfast, lunch and evening dinner was of a good standard. The snack bar was also closed, due to low season. This was now in the dinning room inbetween main sittings. Hotdogs and burgers, ok for the kids to enjoy. The English liaison manger dealing with the pool complaint was totally inept and did not have a clue how to address the requsts to the hotel manager, her answer was to bring in the security gaurd. Humm, nice one in front of a 9 and 11 year old. Entertainment for 9 to 15 year old, answer nothing. The enterainment team came round asking do you want to play, pool, Junger, shutle board ect, but no children can play, so as a Father who would like to see his children have have fun, a big No !!!! So no warm pool with sun on it, no entertainment for families to enjoy togethier, secrity men walking round with 18 inch Truncheon. So take this in mind before booking your family easter holiday. The bar staff where outstanding, a big thankyou to Frankie and the team, well done. The reception manager Christian was brilliant, he delt with problems in a cool professional manner, he really helped make the holiday. Thanks. So to finish off, if you book in low to early season (April) do not expect to stay in the hotel advertised or have all the facillites open. the bar, cleaning, waiteress and life gaurds do an exceptional job. However please take onboard the points above.

The hotel was really welcoming and friendly. It was my first solo holiday so was a little nervous but they made me feel welcome. The food was what I would expect from an all inclusive restaurant. I had a freshly made omelette every day for breakfast.

1 and half hours for our room to be ready, finally got to our room didnt look cleaned at all, sofa bed for our 16month old son- we had to ask for a cot, no air conditioning, staff didnt seem friendly didnt tell us breakfast times, pilllows on sofa bed were marked. Location was good, food wasnt nice for people that are plain eaters i had to eat toast and fried egg every morning

The hotel was clean, rooms are really small especially if you are trying to get 2 adults and a child in. We moved room as we were given a room on the first floor and we were right above the entertainment boom boom and unfortunately the family next door were not very nice people. sofa bed which pulls out takes up any space in the room and isn’t long enough, we had to put cushions on end to extend it so my some didn’t have to curl up. The food is repetitive and not great same every day more if less. Even my son got fed up of having burgers and pasta. The air con on the room didn’t work - the hotel hadn’t switched it on yet so sleeping was uncomfortable. Pool was cleaned everyday but as it wasn’t heated it was soooo cold the sun didn’t come round until lunchtime so we went to beach on a morning ( beaches are lovely) found a great cafe caked Joys coffee was fab and the carrot cake was good! We ate out a few nights even tho we were all inclusive as we had just has enough of the food. I’m not sure what it would be like as the season goes on but would think it would be a better experience (for the food at least)

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The rooms are tiny with a huge oversized sofa chair in that blocks the patio door. Our room was that small we couldn’t even open the sofa bed as no room to do so. We asked reception several times if it could be removed and they always said come back tomorrow. There was no air con as this is only available from may. Due to the heat and the small cramped space this made sleeping impossible. My friend made a camp bed out of pillows on the balcony to keep cool. Only 1 pool open that was in the shade after lunch everyday. The food was very repetitive and not that great. The only positive was the rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels provided.

I stayed 2nd to 13th October and can’t fault it. The hotel was lovely ., Great surroundings and facilities .., Lovely food and drinks, friendly staff. It was also spotlessly clean inside and out / around the pools. The entertainment team were brilliant. I have seen negative reviews but I found nothing negative at all that was significant. Overall one of my best holidays! The location was also awesome near to a lovely beach, restaurants and shops . You can also walk to magaluf if you want the nightlife on that scale. I can’t thank the staff enough-they work so hard . This is one hotel I definitely want to return to and would recommend … A great experience and exceptional value for money

Here still (11th October) weather is blistering hotel is filled to a comfortable level so getting drinks or food no issue at all. Hotel itself is a good budget all inclusive hotel, while it super clean full of friendly staff and situated perfectly it does have its draw backs. Food. The selection of food is minimal at best, and doesnt boast a great selection. BUT it is a budget all inclusive at the cheaper end so if this is your choice then it does what it says on the tin. The snack bar is sparce with oven cooked frozen pizzas, burgers or hotdogs and maybe a few chips. If nachos and cheese sauce are your thing the 'baby your in heaven' Pool. The pools at sol 1&2 are your basic generic pools, no slides just pools. Again you get what you pay for. Entertainment. The entertainment was great and the teams are very encouraging, but in the evenings trying to get a seat inside sol1 or by the stage in sol2 is beyond difficult. Other than these minor things its ideal for a good short break, but could be torture for longer than a week. This is not a negative review as ive stayed here 10 years ago, but as a yearly visitor to palma nova, other, better hotels can be found for next to no extra cost.

This hotel is not what is advertised. We came at start of April and no facilities that were shown online were open, no air conditioning, 1 pool open, limited entertainment, 1 bar open in the hotel and nothing for kids. We was told as this does not start till the start of may however this was not shown on the website. Many other people we had spoken to in the hotel were not happy either as the hotel was not the same as it was shown online! There was no kettle in the room and no bottled water in the fridge so if you did need a drink you had to go downstairs and find a water fountain that wasn’t empty…. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to other holiday makers.

Hotel was pleasant enough. We arrived really late (1am) due to Ryanair perfect time keeping. Checked in fine however no food available. Had to walk around the area to find something to eat. Other hotels I've been to would at least provide a cold plate of something for late arrivals. Food was good with lots of seafood options and traditional Spanish dishes. Only down side was that you had to stick to the 1 restaurant time keeping. So always felt rushed to go eat. Dinner ended at 19:50. Snackbar was closed. Only 1 pool was available which closed by 2pm but it didn't bother us because it was too cold to swim anyway. Other building was closed but I think once opened the poolside would not accommodate that volume of people even with the second pool open. Staff were very friendly. Drinks seemed watered down as you really couldn't get drunk (not that I wanted to, just an observation). Not enough lifts for the size of the building. Don't think it really is 4* (unless I've been really spoilt in the past). There's no kettle in room no beach towels provided (have to pay deposit to rent) no individual toiletries (except soap and shampoo) no complementary drinks in mini fridge. It did have WiFi throughout.
