Better than I expected, I would stay at that hotel again. Everything was fine and very well organized, with good cleanliness and friendly staff.

Very nice structure in a strategic position. In a location a few minutes walk from the nightlife of magaluf and at the same time in a quiet area immune from the chaos

I really don't recommend it, besides the fact that the place is not 3⭐, the worst thing is the attention they give, little empathy and zero resources. I don't recommend it.

A wonderful complex, conveniently located on a hill with a magnificent view. Spacious apartments, everything you need to cook, quiet and calm. I liked it, I will come back again

Incredible, we were pleasantly surprised in every way from the moment we walked through the door. The reception staff, the rooms... a 100% success, if I returned to Mallorca I would return to the same place without hesitation.

Quick check-in Even quicker check-out. Central location, close to the Intermodal bus stop. Very convenient. The double room had 2 single beds attached and not 1 double bed. It was not possible to use the shower due to the lack of hot water. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom (not that it was needed because there was no hot water). I was sent to the spa to take a shower, but the shower water was cold. So no shower. The receptionist guaranteed that the spa (opening at 12) would be serviced when it opens and they would fix the water. So we booked the spa to be able to access the hot water. €15 per person, good price, the spa is not big but well served. When we arrived at the spa the water was cold lukewarm, we waited until 12 for nothing. A total waste of time and in the end we were unable to wash ourselves, we left in 15 minutes. The receptionist was kind, she reimbursed the spa for the inconvenience, it was not her fault for the breakdown, but it was not our best stay. I hope to receive at least a partial refund, for the following problem, because you cannot take a cold shower while traveling in December, and you cannot not wash yourself during a 2-week trip. If it were not for the aforementioned breakdown, the accommodation would have been much more pleasant. The city is deserted in December and one of the few attractions are the hotel services.

Cabinets were broken, bed was very clean but also very loose and uncomfortable.

We only stayed one night but we really liked the room, the treatment was very good and it has a quite large and beautiful spa. We took a room with a large bed and it was super comfortable and the room had everything. We will surely repeat again.
