The rooms are spacious with nice sea views, housekeeping was good, and the staff on the territory were generally friendly and helpful. The bed uses spring mattresses, but I still slept comfortably thanks to the good pillows.
The hotel itself is more of a quiet budget resort near the airport. If you want isolation and calm отдых for 1–2 nights, it may suit you. But for people looking for entertainment, restaurants, nightlife, activities or a lively atmosphere — there is basically nothing around.
The biggest issue during my stay was the beach condition. There were noticeable black tar/oil lumps on the sand near the hotel beach area, which unfortunately damaged my sandals permanently. After my incident, the beach visually became cleaner, so it seems the issue could have been addressed earlier with more regular maintenance.
I appreciate that some staff members tried to help clean the sandals and were polite throughout the process. However, the hotel management handled the situation poorly, stopped responding directly regarding my complaint, and ultimately did not take responsibility for the damage. The only compensation I received came mainly through Trip.com customer support.
Breakfast was also below expectations. Pho and eggs were acceptable, but overall food quality, fruit selection and coffee were quite weak.
The gym also needs renovation and maintenance.
Overall:
Good views and decent rooms for the price, but weak management response, poor breakfast quality, and beach cleanliness issues significantly affected my experience.
