Alma Resort Cam Ranh

Best place I have ever visited for a family. We are family of 3 with 6 years old kid. This place was beyond my expectations from the check in and check out. The villa was modern, sophisticated yet authentic with beautiful gardening. We loved the restaurant day and night(free wine and beer is superb), and the spacious kid club, Splash water park, yoga class, sound healing class. We stayed in Movenpick for the first few days and moved to Alma for the rest of the trip and I regretted that I did not make a reservation for the whole trip at Alma. Next time I would definitely come to Alma for the whole trip. This place is way beyond than the first place in every aspect. (Cleaness, Experience, facilities, interior, service, staff, food) If you want the comfortable & luxurious & full relaxing package for a family, you must try this place. Great hotel for family, but there is limited din ingredients options around.. we ended up going to the n city to eat. The hotel does not allow take away food, not very convenient, other than that its a great place to stay.

Hair dryer and coffee maker not working, but maintenance replaced them very quickly. All rooms have a separate bedroom. Staffs are very concerned about quality and guests satisfaction. Many activities are a la carte and can be relatively expensive, but probably all the resorts in the area are the same. Food is great. Water park is great.

I had an amazing time at this villa. The view was beautiful, and the staff were very kind and polite. The food was delicious and also felt healthy. There were many swimming pools, and they were clean and well maintained. Overall, I’m very happy with the value for money and my experience — 10/10.

This is a huge resort, so it has pros and cons. The service was very good considering the size, check in was fast, room service was not longer than usual. The food options are limited per time, so lunch at the beach has a small menu and near the buildings there is a food court with some of options. The other restaurants are not open for lunch. For dinner you need to book the restaurants in advance, otherwise it might not be available. The Atlantis food was very good, Asiana was ok and the Italian buffet was not worth it, we didn't try the Italian A La Carte. Breakfast buffet was chaotic!!!! Just too many people and the room was completely closed I felt claustrophobic. The next day we tried the A La carte breakfast in the other restaurant and it was the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had! I would go back just for that! I guess All inclusive guests can only go to the buffet, so I wouldn't recommend All inclusive food. There are many swimming pools which was nice, but the service was a bit limited. The bar at the beach pool only opened at 10:30am and the other bar at 11am. We couldn't order anything before that. Lots of things are extra charge, activities, pool toys.....the farm visit was worth it. That are some free alternatives as well, such as the water park and the kids play. The room was big and clean The hotel is big so you need to walk a lot to arrive at the beach or get a buggy.
