The Anam Cam Ranh

We stayed at Anam Resort with our whole family, including two children, and from the very first moment, we felt like we were in a different world. It was a true vacation in an atmosphere of luxury, tranquility, and care. Anam Resort truly lives up to its five-star status. Everything here is meticulously thought out: the service, the grounds, the atmosphere, the staff's attitude, the cleanliness, and the attention to guests. Every employee is very welcoming, polite, and friendly. You can feel the genuine care, not just formal service. I'd like to specifically mention the food. Breakfasts were very delicious and varied; everything was fresh and high-quality. There was a good selection for children too, including porridge and other suitable dishes. We always left breakfast feeling full and satisfied. We really loved the resort's atmosphere. Everything around was beautiful, calm, and well-maintained. The morning yoga was a particularly pleasant experience – a wonderful start to the day in such a beautiful setting. This is truly the kind of vacation where you can really relax and forget about everything. And a separate, huge thank you goes to the lady from the Kids Club, her name is Tran ❤️. I really want to highlight her work. She played with our children for several hours, got along with them wonderfully, and gave them so much attention that the children absolutely didn't want to leave! While we were relaxing and swimming, the children happily spent time with her. It's clear that she genuinely loves children and knows how to connect with them. A big thank you to her for such care and attention! 🌸 We were very pleased with our stay at Anam Resort. This is a place where everything – from the service to the smallest details – creates the feeling of a true five-star vacation. Thank you to the entire Anam Resort team for a wonderful experience and unforgettable moments! We would definitely be happy to return here again. ❤️

The hotel's private beach, location, views, and overall environment are indeed stunning. However, the hotel is very unfriendly towards Chinese guests, with extremely poor and rude service. Even though the hotel clearly stated that UnionPay cards are accepted, my broken English seemed to be ignored, and frankly, their English wasn't great either. There was no Chinese-speaking staff. A female staff member deliberately spoke very fast in English, pretending not to understand us, which was incredibly annoying. We Chinese travelers are here to spend money and enjoy ourselves, not to be mistreated! I strongly advise against visiting this expensive hotel if you want to avoid frustration. Besides the good environment, there's no service to speak of. There are so many other great hotels in Nha Trang; I recommend checking them out instead. Additionally, I had to change rooms three times during my three-day stay. Basically, they initially gave me subpar rooms, so I had to insist on changing them. The first room change was due to a very noisy air conditioner outdoor unit. The next day, after another change, I found a cockroach that could fly in the new room. Honestly, apart from the great overall environment, this resort is really not up to par in other aspects.

Simply stunning! This truly lives up to its reputation as the best in Nha Trang. I could spend all day taking photos of the ocean and it still wouldn't be enough! If I ever go back to Nha Trang, I'll definitely extend my stay by a couple of days. It's only a 15-minute drive from the airport, so we chose to stay here for our last night. We spent a full 24 hours just enjoying the hotel, from the pool to the beach – it was perfect! My mom and the kids absolutely loved it, and all the staff were so friendly. I already miss it!

The hotel has a great resort vibe, and the Vietnamese restaurant serves fantastic food. It's lovely to enjoy a drink by the sea breeze in the afternoon. The Western restaurant offers live music in the evenings. It would be even better if the prices for the food were a bit more affordable.

Traveling with kids? Think twice about staying here! The AC is locked at 26 degrees Celsius, and you have to ask the front desk to unlock it to adjust the temperature. 24 degrees feels freezing cold, but 25 degrees is too hot, so my child couldn't sleep well all night. Plus, the entire garden is infested with tiny black bugs that swarm around my child's head and face! The experience was absolutely terrible; the outdoor facilities were practically unusable. I'm really angry. And let's not even get started on the other poor services and slow responses...

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were all so welcoming with warm smiles, and the lady at reception had excellent English. Everyone else was also incredibly helpful and accommodating. This is truly a beach resort, and the surroundings are stunning. The expansive 360-degree lawn is simply beautiful and well worth the price. Lounging under the coconut trees by the beach is the perfect way to spend a vacation. We ate at the Vietnamese restaurant for two nights, and the food was fantastic both times – no disappointments at all. I didn't encounter any of the issues some online reviewers mentioned, like a messy environment or bad attitudes. I give this place an unbeatable five-star review!

All the staff were so kind and the atmosphere was really great. It's well-maintained, so we had a wonderful stay without any issues! Highly recommended!!!!!

Beyond the privacy, there aren't many upsides. All three pools are tiny. It does have a private beach with fine, soft sand. About 90% of the guests are Korean. There aren't many family-friendly activities, so if you like peace and quiet, this could be an option. Just be aware that there's nothing else within a 2km radius.
