The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh

We recently had a wonderful stay at The Westin Cam Ranh Resort, and overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience for my parents and me. One of the most impressive aspects of the resort was the staff service. The staff members were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. What stood out the most was how proactive they were — whenever we looked a little unsure or confused about directions or facilities, someone would quickly approach us and kindly offer assistance. Their attitude made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Our room (2325 on the 3rd floor) had a beautiful sea view, which was a great way to start the morning and end the evening. The room itself was nicely designed with good quality furniture and tasteful decoration, giving it a modern yet relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and the room felt spacious and clean. However, one small issue we noticed was that the toilet exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite weak, which sometimes allowed the toilet smell to leak into the room. It wasn’t a major problem for us, but improving the ventilation would definitely make the room experience even better. The swimming pool was truly amazing. It is a 50-meter pool, which is quite rare for resort pools. This makes it perfect not only for relaxing but also for people who enjoy serious lap swimming. If you are someone who likes to exercise while on vacation, you will definitely appreciate this feature. The breakfast buffet was excellent and exceeded our expectations. There was a wide variety of food options including both international and local dishes. Everything we tried tasted great and the quality was consistently good. Considering the variety and taste, the breakfast offered very good value compared to many other resorts. Another thing we appreciated was how clean, tidy, and well-maintained the entire resort campus was. Walking around the property felt very pleasant. The landscaping, pathways, and common areas were clearly taken care of with great attention. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, efficient, and professional. The staff handled everything quickly while still being friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and memorable stay, especially because it was a trip with my parents. The combination of friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and a fantastic swimming pool made this resort a great place to relax and unwind. We would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

The property is beautifully maintained, and the service standards truly stand out. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a mixed experience at The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh. The location and facilities are great, but a serious issue affected my stay. I accidentally left a gold diamond earring in the in-room safe. Approximately three hours after check-out, I returned to the reception to retrieve it and at least verify the contents of the safe together with the staff. Unfortunately I was not allowed to verify the safe, and was told that nothing was found. This is particularly concerning, as I did not wear the earrings during my stay and had kept them in a jewelry box inside the safe. There is no transparent way to verify whether the safe was thoroughly checked, which raises my concerns about accountability of the staff and the hotel. It feels that if a guest forgets something valuable, there is little chance of recovering it. I fully understand the importance of respecting the privacy of new guests. However, I believe that immediate steps could have been taken when I returned shortly after check-out, for example coordinating a prompt inspection or verification process. Very disappointing, especially from a hotel associated with Marriott International. I had always seen Marriott International as a hotel chain with a high level of security and guest protection, but unfortunately this situation did not reflect those expectations. P.S. there was another issue with the dead bugs on the terrace right outside the villa. Although I understand that this might happen in the hot countries but we had to wait almost half a day until the housekeeping came snd cleaned our room. Not a very pleasant experience for children to step outside among the dead bugs.

One of the best resort i 've lived. Resort is very new. Room are spacious, breakfast is rich , all the food and drinks are delicious. Service are nice and enthusiastic.
