Arena Resort Luxury With Ocean View

The room was clean and cozy, with complete facilities. The balcony was well-ventilated, and the swimming pool was clean, perfect for relaxing. The staff were warm and attentive.

The red-eye flight arrived at 6 o'clock, and I had sent an email to inform him of the situation before. I specifically chose a hotel that was close to the airport and cheap, so I could arrive early and catch up on sleep. The shower water in the room was very small, so I just washed myself casually. I didn't take a close look at the hotel facilities, and I checked out and prepared to go to Pearl Island after not sleeping for long. I took a picture of the view outside the window when I woke up, but forgot to take a picture of the room. Maybe I was too anxious to go to bed.

Check-in was at 2:00 PM, but we were only able to check in at 2:30 PM because they were cleaning. This was a place we booked to stay for 6 hours before leaving the country. We requested a buggy when checking out, and the concierge said they would check the room for 5 minutes and proceed with the check-out. However, 10 minutes later, they told us, the guests, to return the key to the room directly because there was no master key, and they used a translator to tell us. If you leave the key in the room and close the door because there is no master key, who can open the room? We left the card key in both rooms, opened the door, and sent it to them with a photo. It had already been more than 15 minutes, and we were running out of time with the airport sanding company, so we complained, and they said we had checked out without checking the room. I don't understand why they made us leave the key in the room and wait. They told us to go since we had checked out... When I asked what happened to the buggy I mentioned at the beginning, they only called the car then. This was a very dissatisfactory accommodation.

I stayed for 0.5 nights, and the staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice~^-^ It's close to the airport, so I want to visit again next time.

After more than 20 years of travel experience, this is the first time I seriously give the worst review! Just hope no more travelers get scammed. 1. Hygiene: After breakfast, three of our group of six had diarrhea. The bed sheets didn't look like they had been changed, but there were no instructions in the room on how to contact the front desk. Plus we checked in too late and the kids were tired so they slept in their clothes. 2. Equipment: When I took the elevator, I got stuck in it. There was no response at all when pressing the yellow alarm bell. After being locked for about a minute, the elevator door opened by itself. I walked out with weak legs and happened to meet a staff member. Asked for help on how to walk to my floor and they looked at me like I was a ***** and didn't offer any help. You can use the swimming pool after checking out at 12 o'clock, but there are no bath towels provided! If you need bath towels, you need to rent them! Another hotel in the same building offers it for free. The cost of staying in the two hotels is similar. 3. Services: It is 5 kilometers away from the hotel, which was originally a highlight, but the difficulty in taking taxis has become a weak point. The hotel does not have a shuttle service, and the taxi driver at the airport was unwilling to use the meter because the distance was short, and asked for $100. I called the hotel front desk for help, and the front desk said that this is the case during the Spring Festival! I was with my elderly and children, and after begging the hotel, they helped me call a taxi for 200,000 Vietnamese dong. But the fact is, I was in Vietnam from New Year's Eve to the third day of the Spring Festival. On the first day of the New Year, I took a taxi from the Havana Hotel to the Vinpearl cable car, which was also 5 kilometers, and the fare was 100,000 Vietnamese dong. 4. Cost-effectiveness: For the same price, I stayed two nights at the Havana Hotel downtown and it was a completely different experience.

I booked a triple room, but when I went upstairs, it was just a double room. When I went downstairs to ask, they said they'd add an extra bed. The hotel doesn't actually have the triple room type shown in the pictures. The extra bed was very uncomfortable; the springs were too hard. There was no place to put toiletries in the shower. The room was small and not very clean. I couldn't find any staff at the swimming pool. There are very few places to eat nearby. A round trip taxi to eat in the city would cost 200 RMB. I really regret it. I should have stayed near the Chenxiang Pagoda; at least it would have been more convenient for eating. I booked it because it's close to the airport, but I didn't expect it to be like a ghost town with no amenities.
