I didn’t like the room, it needs repair and paint. Also they put extra bed without a request on a small room.
I loved the cuisine, chef Robson at the main buffet and the Restaurant INEVITÁVEL was fantastic. Very elegant and they celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a cake and champagne. We had a great experience over all.

Ótimas infraestrutura, instalação perfeitas: piscina, restaurantes, quartos, academia. Tudo muito limpo e organizado.
Os restaurantes estavam ótimos. As bebidas no all-inclusive atenderam muito bem. Ano que vem volto com certeza.

Hotel tem uma excelente estrutura mas mostra sinais visíveis de desgaste e necessita de maior manutenção. O ar condicionado do apartamento que eu fiquei precisou ter o condensador substituído pois simplesmente não gelava. A primeira chamada foi feita carga de gás o que não adiantou. Poucos funcionários para o serviço, gerando filas desde para levar as malas até o quarto, reservar restaurante a la carte até ser servido nos restaurantes. Funcionários trabalhando insatisfeitos e com cara amarrada, muito desagradável. A coleta de utensílios usados nas áreas da piscina e restaurantes também muito morosa. Tive um experiência recente no Grand Palladium e é imensa a diferença no número de funcionários e cordialidade dos mesmos.
A carne servida no restaurante e churrasco da piscina muito gordurosa, péssima para um padrão 5 estrelas. Lanches e petiscos sempre repetidos. Para finalizar a experiência no restaurante a la carte foi péssima (Massa Fina), atendimento demorado e nada cortês, além de só me permitirem reservar 1 data, sendo que no voucher emitido pela Hotéis.com fui informada que teria direito a duas reservas (adquiri dois apartamentos com 4 diárias). Presença de gatos com problema de pele circulando pelas áreas da piscina, um deles arranhou minha perna enquanto eu estava deitada e tentou morder um boné e um chinelo que estava entre os nossos pertences.

Localização e praia excelentes, hotel com boa infraestrutura, porém recreação infantil praticamente inexistente para a idade de 8 a 12 anos, negando o que se anuncia. Comida também não é o forte desse resort, muita fartura, pouco sabor. Um dos restaurantes temáticos que conhecemos não foi uma experiência agradável: climatizado porém muito quente, a comida não surpreendeu e faltou simpatia no atendimento. Boas bebidas alcoólicas, mas não espere dos drinks, pq não são bons. Pouquíssimos funcionários simpáticos. Bons shows noturnos.
