Quarto com acústica muito ruim. Além de escutar o barulho da rua, era possível escutar o hóspede do apartamento de cima com uma criança que pulava muito e arrastava a cadeira e quando feita a reclamação para a recepção disseram que teríamos que aceitar a perturbação até às 22h, conforme a lei do silêncio. Hotel muito cheio, os dois elevadores não eram suficientes para atender a demanda e tivemos que descer com as malas pelas escadas depois de muito tempo esperando o elevador. Alguns funcionários não tinham empatia e preocupação com o hóspede. A parada para embarque e desembarque não é nada prática e quando chegamos não havia lugar para estacionar o carro, além da garagem ficar em outra quadra. Resumindo, foi frustrante.

Hotel bem localizado , quarto espaçoso, café da manhã muito bom ! Elevador pequeno muito demorado pro fluxo de hóspedes , barulho cedo de outros hóspedes , internet ruim no quarto inclusive a TV ficava sem som !

Falta um funcionário na piscina, para atendimento aos hóspedes. As toalhas precisam ser retiradas e devolvidas no térreo, enquanto a piscina fica na cobertura. A piscina abre apenas às 10h da manhã. São apenas dois elevadores pequenos, que passam sempre lotados. Não há mensageiros. Pedi um garfo e disseram-me que eu precisava buscar e devolver pessoalmente no restaurante. O estacionamento fica distante do hotel. Demora 20 minutos para chegar o carro. A área de embarque e desembarque é minúscula e vive cheia. Os queijos no café da manhã precisam melhorar urgentemente (são de má qualidade). Ponto positivo: os funcionários são educados e tentam compensar as deficiências do hotel.
