Was on room 134. The room is ok. They have a patio attached, the patio set is dirty. You cannot really use them. I arrived in Cambria around 10:39 had breakfast then went to Hearst Castle. Our check in time is at 4 pm. I got to the place around 3:45. There was a line, we waited about 10 minutes to checked in. Went to dinner at nearby restaurant. Got to our hotel at around 7pm went to bed at around 8pm looking forward to a goodnight rest. I was awaken by a LOUD stumping from upstairs at 9pm. That went on about 15 20 minutes . It was on and off. YOU could hear everything. The insulation from upstairs to downstairs room is unacceptable. I don’t t wish this on anyone staying there. I won’t be staying there in the future.

Love this hotel with an ideal location with the ocean on one side. The room, bedding, are top notch. Beautifully decorated. And very clean place. Love it. Would recommend for anyone !!

There is no air conditioning in the room, only a wall heater, and the heating range is limited to one square meter around, and there is basically no heating effect. 2. The heating in the bathroom is a bathroom lamp, which has very limited effect, and there is no ventilation system. It is very humid and there is no way to remove moisture. 3. Because there is no air conditioning dehumidification, the room is very humid (it was cloudy and foggy when I checked in) 4. Almost every room is close to the parking lot, and the sound of cars is very obvious at night. 5. Don't book a room with a terrace. The terrace of the twin room is just a small green space with a door leading to the atrium. I didn't see any terrace.
