Great hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The room was large with a nice view out over the surrounding area. Location is great with a 10-15 minute walk into the center. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

It’s a bit far from city centre. The shower pressure was a bit weak. The room was spacious.

Booked for one night and would definitely return should we go back to Cambridge. The bed was really comfortable and it was so quiet. Lovely place to stay.

The environment is very clean and new. Staff are polite and helpful. I am impressed by the efficiency of a cleaner worker who set up the sofa bed, changing the linen and bed sheet on my room within 3 min .

Hotel is in great location only a short walk to city. Rooms are excellent with everything you need and the kitchen area is a great addition. The breakfast is excellent with good quality food and choice. The staff are extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel not far from the city center , the room was amazing everything looks new/neat, the bed was very comfy and we were amazed by the size of the bathroom + very Nice staff!

The room is clean and tidy when we checked in, they use white company shower products and also provide bedroom slippers which is great for hygiene. We did experience some poor customer service experience as we arrived around midnight and there’s no service staffs at the front desks and we had to knock on the glass door to seek attention. Then the reception staffs got confused with the room booking and assigned two same rooms to us. Then they asked us to insert card and pay again for the prepay hotel. I had to clarify and then also informed them about the breakfasts for next two days had been paid. On the next day they asked again and on our last day they still didn’t have our records about the breakfasts again and all the staffs did was to blame that it’s systems glitch. Even on our last day they still said there’s no records of breakfasts paid. Overall the room quality is pretty good, the cleaning of the room could be better as we still see hair on the bed after it was cleaned on the 2nd night. There’s also some issue with the bathroom door for one of our rooms, and the staffs fixed that timely. It’s mainly the front service staffs that were not very professional and seems like they haven’t been updating the systems records well or getting the systems fixed so that all these could be prevented.

Location of the hotel is very good, close to the Centre of the Cambridge town. Just require 8 mins walk to take the punting and about 10 mins walk to the Cambridge university. The food in the hotel is good and the room is very clean.

A bit far from town centre and steam room was not working but hotel was lovely. Super clean. Swimming pool and gym quiet and amazing. breakfast was delicious.

The atmosphere at the hotel lounge was great! The staff were great and helpful. The drain in the shower at our first room didn’t work well and they arranged another room for me. It takes a 20-minute walk to the center of the city. Very quiet. I enjoyed the studio. The fridge in our studio was quite helpful for me.
