Es war alles super. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und das Personal einfach super nett. Professionell geführtes Hotel. Das essen im eigenen Restaurant ist hervorragend. Danke an das komplette Team. Tutto è stato fantastico. I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili. E il personale è molto gentile. Hotel gestito in modo professionale. Check-in: Make sure to continue past the QC Terme building on the main street. Parking is not included however there is a parking garage in relation to QC Room. For you tech savvy individuals you’ll have no problem with your self check-in. Lobby: The lobby is designed to cater to tired travelers, with a Nespresso machine and a range of snacks including cookies, nuts, dried fruit, and seasonal offerings. There is also a bar cart with a selection of spirits. The lobby also has a space for people to work or relax. Rooms: The rooms are designed to cater to guests who prioritize their wellness, with clean, minimalistic decor and luxurious amenities such as a Dyson blow dryer, a full toiletry kit, a Nespresso machine, a Marshall speaker, and a weighted ball and yoga mat that provide suggested workouts through a QR code. On the nightstand, you'll find an iPad butler that allows you to surf the web and provides information about the hotel's services, local attractions, and nearby restaurants. The first floor rooms have a patio. Housekeeping services the room daily, restocking items such as the minibar, towels, toiletry kits, coffee, and snacks. Breakfast: It is recommended to plan for breakfast at a different location, as the QC Room only offers a small packaged cookie and coffee for breakfast. Check-out: Checking out is easy. Simply let the person working in the front lobby know when you are ready to leave. Getting to the spa: The walk to the spa is a short walk however down the ramp through the parking lot.

Good points - communal areas clean and tidy. Vitoria on reception nice. Large bedroom looked like it was recently Decorated. Big bed and soft pillows. Enough electric sockets. Good shower. Soundproof, although there's always someone who has to slam their door. Breakfast good. All the usual. Bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit eggs etc. Bit manic at times. Bad points. Bedroom wasn't cleaned and bed wasn't made one day. Another day we weren't left with a spare toilet roll. Our towels were never folded and just left in a heap on the rail. Never given any milk in room for coffee. We haf a shared balcony, but if we went on it, you could see staight into another bedroom, on the corner. Thick slimy brown muck at bottom of shower. It was never clear off in the 9 nights we were there. Without effort, I cleared a bit off with a tissue. It was disgusting. Area is good and not run down considering its by the station

There's not enough good words that can be said about the skills and training of the front desk staff, the breakfast servers, the evening dining room staff, and the housekeeping ladies. I am what is now being referred to as a ”Digital Nomad,” single, solo and senior traveler... and this hotel really fits my needs. Sure it could be €10 cheaper, but the room has an excellent long work countertop, WiFi Internet, large bed for sleep and for organizing travel bags, bathroom with both a tub and a walk-in shower correctly designed for use, and the food service is quite amazing. While you do need to take the taxi to most places, unless you drive, there is a major shopping mall just across the highway, and an unadvertised underground tunnel to get to the other side of the road and to that shopping center! I am not a fancy restaurant person, but the restaurant accommodates me with a very simple selection of food by my request. Both at breakfast and at dinner, the dining room is usually packed with happy diners and eaters. While I sit there with my simple food selection at dinner, I do admire the variety of Italian dishes that are ordered by other diners. Maybe I can't eat the spicy food but it sure looks good! And the other guests are very happy! I have used the Hotel's driver to taxi me to and from a variety of locations: BGY airport, Bergamo train Station, as well as the Covid vaccination center! He can be booked by SMS text and WhatsApp. Extremely easy to communicate with- both digitally and in multiple languages. The hotel is off the beaten track, therefore the taxi rides are going to be 10 additional euro from what might be expected in more urban areas. This is one of my more favorite hotels of any brand. While I rate the location as poor because you need to drive to get almost anywhere, the remoteness of the location is in itself a plus if you are residing here for more than just an overnight, because the landscaping is simple yet comforting, and major parking is underground.
