Beautiful hotel and excellent service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and tasty. Highly recommended. Room is clean and comfortable and cozy.

Overall was Ok for a newly open hotel but please take there is No aircond but cameron weather ok with only fans Room attached with Balcony and you may able to see a starry night Every floor with a water dispenser it really adding point for my sta But the hotel with dual key designed and the sound proof was terrible especially the next door open door and close door l.

Love the room decoration, so convinient & clean. Breakfast bufet also delicious, will come again next time

The best place to stay at cameron highlands....view is solid ...breakfast is nice with a nice view and nice spread of food...clean and comfortable room....sleep really well with nothing to worry about. Only 1 thing u got to have strong legs and stamina when u walk down the hotel to go to the bazaar or shops...so when u walk down u have to walk up so yah Rooms there option of using fan or aircon or both if u love cold and toilet is clean...shop around the area is alot so dont have to worries of getting hungry late at night can grab food...

I really love this place! It’s elegant, classy, and classic, yet also very comfortable. The room and the scenery give off a nice overseas vibe. The price is a bit on the higher side, but honestly, it’s worth it. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a public park where you can take a walk or do activities with your family. Plus, the hotel is near a 7-Eleven, so you can just walk over to grab food instead of driving if you’re feeling lazy. Overall, I really recommend this place!

Good travel and stay cation.. very excited trip and stay this time with my small family..my son so happy with room and breakfast..love it..very variety, delicious, great and many choices for eat..I give 5 star for hotel 5 star for room 5 star for breakfast and 5 star for staff..so good must be repeat again and very recommend..must be booking. Stay and rest.. nearest my meeting place at puncak Arabella.. this hotel complete with small mall... 👍 Great place..choose it..

We stayed for 2 nights and were glad the hotel was located at Tanah Rata—otherwise, with the heavy traffic that day, we might not have been able to check in around 3 PM. The owner and staff were very friendly, always checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable. The room gave us a nostalgic feeling, as it was well maintained in its classic style, and the whole hotel itself carried that charming old-fashioned look. The atmosphere was cozy, peaceful, and felt like a step back in time. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we truly appreciated the warmth and hospitality.

We booked a rental car + driver from KL to cameron. You will definitely have to find your own transport to come up here. The stay was amazing given the view and lucky or not it rained alot on second night which gave a really mysterious view. The breakfast spread was sufficient and nice, but dinner is definitely not enough. We brought our own ingredients for the hotpot and luckily we did or else we would be hungry! The chicken soup was better than the Tom Yum though. Dinner is served from 7pm-9pm, iYou can also request for midnight snacks (10-11pm). Oh and outdoor movies starts at 9pm! We stayed at Nest Caravan, the van looks so small but fits 4 perfectly. The toilet is really squeeze though and has an odd smell despite them putting a diffuser inside already. Would recommend showering at the shared bathroom which is large and clean. One tip is dont shower when its fully occupied because the water temp turns hot & cold which makes it hard to shower in this 16-20 degrees weather. And please follow the house rules and not eat inside the van, I believe the previous occupants might have eaten something so there were some baby cockroaches but the staff were prepared with the spray. I got to say the staff service was the best experience of all. there is a bell inside the van that you can call them but they kind of have to make 2 trips up (1 to see what you, 2 to get you what you need). Alternatively you can whatsapp their main hotline and they will inform accordingly. But their hospitality and service really made the overall experience worth while! Staying 2 nights allowed us to fully enjoy the space!! Prepare RM200 for deposit per unit for the caravans and tents~ it will be refunded upon checkout unless they see anything spoil or if you did not clean up the own food you brought. Nontherless, really enjoyed the stay especially during christmas! The morning view is amazing~

Im very happy and I feel very satisfied in this hotel. staying here can provide the best access.. in terms of wifi, hot water, fridge, airfryer and much more.. the parking lot is also spacious.. it is very worthwhile to invite your family or partner to stay at this hotel.. highly recommended
