Stay?!??? Which stay? Our room was sold. So we found ourselves there without having been notified and without a room.... On New Year's Eve... There is more to say... I at least hope that trip.com will refund me...

Ad inizio dicembre ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale per le notti del 31 dicembre e primo gennaio. Ci viene richiesto di versare € 50 di caparra. Pochi giorni prima della data di pernottamento veniamo contattati dal proprietario della struttura il quale ci disse che per problemi di caldaia rotta non potevamo soggiornare presso in struttura perché faceva molto freddo e ci ha inoltre richiesto le coordinate bancarie per effettuare il rimborso della caparra. Dopo quasi 3 mesi e diverse telefonate stiamo ancora aspettando....sconsigliato
