Cliff Castle Casino Hotel

Amazing place to kick back and enjoy the casino and have some great memories overall I would give this 10 Thank you cliffs

Beautiful rooms, very clean everywhere, great location, ample yet quaint. Was like a miniature Vegas ****** and had just enough food options for anyone to be pleased. Loved the native and AZ local motif. Would go back in a heartbeat. If it could be improved any, it could use a small convenience shop on site. We thought it could be a nice wedding venue too- potential is there. This was just a simple getaway for wife and me for no real good reason at all. We were more than pleased with the food offerings and quality but skipped the buffet- no comments on that.

I want to say that Glenn, “the Valet” was Totally AWESOME ! He was so kind, caring, professional, and Extremely Helpful. I give him a 10+++. Great employee so don’t let him go.

Stayed two nights at the cliff castle hotel while doing day trips to the different Native American sites. I used a restroom next to the pool. Within 30 seconds of entering the restroom someone began trying to get in through the door and violently pounding on it, as well as hitting the handicap door opener. I immediately and loudly called out “occupied”. The pounding stoppped and I breathed a sigh of relief. Then to my horror 30 seconds later it happened again even more loudly and ferociously attacking the door. At this point I am completely fearing for my safety in my very vulnerable position and trying desperately to get off the toilet. The attack on the door ceases until again a few moments later it resumes. Finally I have my pants pulled up and with a rush of adrenaline I open the door fully expecting a confrontation with some psycho.The man on the other side of the door to my shock and disbelief is a hotel employee and tries to enter the single bathroom while I am in the door way. And only stops when i loudly ask “what is going on?” He would not make eye contact with me, was very rude and would give no explanation to what he was/is doing. There is a janitorial cart behind him so I assume he is a janitor. The behavior of this hotel employee was unhinged.

The hotel was comfortable. We came for a conference and spent a little time exploring while we were here. Rick at the Valet station was the MOST friendly and helpful showing us local restaurants. Quick hikes and great spots to go while here.

Always an amazing experience here ballet is super awesome. Everybody’s very friendly lots of fun. highly recommend this for a getaway.

Friendly people, nice and clean hotel. The Valet Glenn was very nice and professional! We will definitely go back when we are around in the future!

Loved our stay. Rick (valet) was awesome, made everything simple and easy. Great service and interactions. Will definitely be back.

The room was great, the staff friendly and helpful. The little coffee shop served the best avocado toast I have ever had. Most impressed with the valets Rick and Jack. When we asked to have something retrieved from our car, they literally ran down the hill to get the items, at least four times in the two days we were there. Rick told us great stories and Jack sent a picture of the “Strawberry Moon” when Rick told him I had missed the opportunity to take a picture. Great people!
