Managed by an oriental family, very kind, I must say that we had a good time, even if we were able to stay for a few days. Clean room, good dinner, and excellent breakfast with desserts made by them .... Alessandro, the manager, also advised us on the things to see in the place

Albergo gestito da persone cinesi. Molto pulito e caldo. Buffet colazione e cena abbastanza vario. Piscina piccola ma confortevole, potrebbe essre piu pulita. Sauna e bagno turco. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di organizzare molte gite nei paraggi.

Locale che sia esternamente che internamente si presenta molto bene. Camera molto pulita, ordinata con personale cortese e gentilissimo. Ottimo punto per organizzare passeggiate, sciate e turismo. Un particolare grazie al titolare dell'hotel che ci ha concesso una "coccola" inaspettata e cioè un pensiero a mia moglie che ha compiuto gli anni durante il soggiorno. Consigliato.

Cominciamo dalle note positive, molta pulizia dappertutto e proprietari cordiali. Sono stato 2 mesi fa in un altro 4 stelle, sempre in Alto Adige più o meno allo stesso prezzo e quindi posso fare dei confronti. La stanza è discreta, ma ad esempio nelle lenzuola c'erano 2 piccoli buchi, la cena e la colazione non possono nemmeno sostenere il apragone con lo standard altoatesino dei 4 stelle. In particolare discreti i primi ed i secondi, ma i buffet, sia delle verdure, che dei dolci veramente scarsi. Altrettanto scarso il buffet della colazione, inoltre molti particoalri sono da sistemare, sia nella parte esterna della SPA, che sembra in ristrutturazione, che in altre parti. In un 4 stelle dovrebbe essere quasi tutto perfetto. In sostanza non ci ritornerei

Hotel accogliente e confortevole al centro del paese però in una zona tranquilla. Gestito da una famiglia cinese molto simpatici e gentili che ti fanno sentire a casa tua. Piscina molto bella e grande sauna bagno turco idromassaggio biliardo e biliardino completano l'hotel. Cibo abbondante e buono. Camera grande e spaziosa eravamo in 4 abbiamo preso la suite a due piani. Per le suite da evidenziare la magnifica vista da una parte il castello dall'altra la riserva delle vedrette di ries. Da tornarci ho già nostalgia.

Albergo storico di Campo Tures, la cosa che mi ha stupito al primo impatto e che non mi sarei mai aspettato un’accoglienza da persone Cinesi. Alessandro, Susanna e tutto il suo staff si sono rivelati fantastici. Persone semplici e molto gentili e professionali, ci hanno sostenuto con attenzione alla gestione di una piccola cagnolina a ns. seguito. Tanti di cappello per il trattamento ricevuto.

Avevo letto alcune recensioni che mi avevano messo un po' di dubbi su questa struttura, ma dopo averci soggiornato ci siamo piacevolmente ricreduti! Il personale è gentilissimo, il cibo è buono (le crostate della colazione pazzesche!) e ci sono tanti servizi. Sembra più un 3 stelle che un 4, ma non ci si può lamentare di nulla! Inoltre super flessibili perché abbiamo viaggiato con la nostra cagnolina, che abbiamo potuto portare con noi anche a cena e colazione, cosa che in molti hotel che si spacciano per pet friendly non ti permettono di fare!

Hotel con grandi potenzialità, i gestori non sono del posto, sono molto cordiali e simpatici, la pulizia è al top, il reparto spa è carino quello che manca è quel "tocco" di sapore tirolese abituale da queste parti ...arredi tendaggi ad esempio e un po' più di calore del legno, per quanto riguarda la zona wellness lo stesso discorso, un profumo, qualche essenza non guastano mai nelle piscine e saune, l'idromassaggio esterno richiederebbe un riparo dagli sguardi di chi arriva dal parcheggio, ripeto l'albergo ha grosse potenzialità che con un minimo investimento potrebbe ricevere delle eccezionali recensioni e far tornare sicuramente gli ospiti
