Rooms: Superb, better than other hotel in the area. Clean and organised. Highly recommended Hospitality: NEGATIVE. not so good experienced, upon checked in at 0900, not allowed by front desk attendant to have a breakfast even a complementary coffee. Staffs were friendly after all.

Dia 15/04. Estou há 15 min ligando para o restaurante para pedir uma comida e ninguém atende… Recepção falou que só tem 2 pessoas e estão no horário de descanso.. é mole? Pessimo atendimento!!!

Nossa noite de núpcias foi perfeita, tudo muito bem arrumado e preparado com muito carinho pra nós! Fora a comida que estava deliciosa, a cama é simplesmente perfeita, mais confortável que eu já estive na vida e o ambiente também é super aconchegante.

Check-in confuso e demorado, quarto não estava pronto, e cheguei depois do horário acordado, sem orientações, sem carrinho para mala, confesso que eu esperava mais. Ponto positivo: meu elogio Simone que higienizou perfeitamente o quarto, com cama impecável. Chuveiro perfeito, otimo ar condicionado, boa roupa de cama, toalha e secador. Cama King site tambem perfeita. Negativo: restaurante com poucas opções de comida/lanche além de preços bem altos. Pedi um omelete e nao aprovei. Ja o cafe da manhã muito educado o rapaz, tinha poucas opções comparado a outros hotéis que fiquei, tem o básico mas tudo gostoso e pelo menos fizeram uma tapioca perfeita na hora bem quentinha Check-out sem problemas.

O hotel é maravilhoso, ótimo atendimento, fui atendida pelo Luis na recepção, muito educado, atencioso. Perfeito o atendimento, por ser fim de semana nao tive o atendimento pelo WhatsApp, porem a Nara entrou em contato na segunda, também muito simpática. Café da manhã maravilhoso, tudo muito limpo e lindo. Parabéns.
