We stayed at Vila Casato in 2014 and will be back in 2025. The service is still the same, excellent, but the maintenance of the rooms and restaurant could be improved, with some repairs needed to the floors, lights burned out in the hallway, the ceiling of the restaurant, the closets in the room and in the pool. The finishing profile of the closet fell off when I opened the door. The service really helps us overcome these issues. One suggestion for improvement would be a private area for massages, since they are currently done in the pool area, which, although it is closed, is not the appropriate place. Charging a 10% tip on the total amount of the bill, after payment, even though it is optional, is embarrassing to say the least.

Gostaria de parabenizar toda a equipe da Vila Casato pelas instalações maravilhosas e pelo atendimento impecável. Um agradecimento especial ao Marcelo do restaurante ( que nos atendeu super bem no café da manhã), à Carol que nos recepcionou com tanta simpatia, deixando nosso quarto preparado (pois como chegamos à noite, eu havia solicitado a lareira acesa e 2 taças de vinho, além de deixarcomo queríamos, ainda como mimo deixou uma mini chandon, queijo de cabra e geleia de frutas vermelhas), e ao rapaz que trabalha após a meia noite (esqueci o nome) mas que foi extremamente solícito ao levar lenha para o nosso quarto, acender a lareira e se colocar à disposição para qualquer necessidade. O lugar é sensacional, super confortável e o café da manhã é espetacular. Foi uma experiência inesquecível! Muito obrigado a todos! Leonardo e Angélica

Fui com minha família e foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Os funcionários super atenciosos e competentes fazem toda a diferença. A comida é maravilhosa e o quarto super aconchegante e confortável.
