Hotel Amic Can Pastilla

Overall, I was quite disappointed with this hotel. Pros: • Very close to the beach. • Towels were changed every day by room Service Cons: • Check-in took almost 15 minutes, and the receptionist was not very friendly or welcoming. • There was no hairdryer in the room. When I asked, they gave me one to use and told me to bring it back afterwards. I found this very strange for a hotel. • There was no proper shampoo in the bathroom • The air conditioning was very old, and the air did not feel very clean. • The biggest problem was the location near the airport. When planes took off in our direction, there was a strong exhaust/fuel smell outside, which made it uncomfortable to breathe. Luckily, the wind changed the next day and it was much better. The hotel has a good location near the beach, but overall, I would not stay here again.

Close to airport. Workers are nice. But no shampoo. No shower gel. Very loud. In the midnight can hear the noise from upstairs. No tidy.

Way overpriced for a basic airport hotel with poor beds and little space

Well located hotel with friendly and welcoming staff who were happy to help. Previously advertised as a pool there but this wasn’t open yet which is a shame, hence the 4/5 on amenities. Easy access on public transport too/from both Palma and the airport.
