Hotel was pretty good, lovely area that we had above the pool with a private garden part almost. Good selection for breakfast. Location is great for that part of Palma but a fair way out of the main centre. Overall great stay.

Room was a bit dated - not sure we were given a premier terrace as booked but was clean . Breakfast was great but very busy - rest of time hotel very quiet . Reception staff not very friendly

Great hotel and service. Close to the airport and only a 10min bus ride to Palma town centre. Beach is literally end of the road and you have the option to stay in and enjoy the pool or go to the beach. Absolutely perfect!!!

BG Java Hotel was very inviting. The location was fabulous with a bustop right outside. The facilities made our stay really memorable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating.

Shower was great, bed was however not too comfortable. Staff were not very friendly or helpful. A good stay if you need to be located near the airport.

Nice hotel but reception could do with updating processes as there was always a queue and several times our key wouldn't work. It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.
