Hotel Eden Palma Playa Adults Only

Third summer and Hotel Eden. A lovely small hotel with an excellent location on Palma Playa itself. Adult only and there is no noise, so you can relax in a bar or on the roof with a wonderful view. The food is varied enough and delicious. The hospitable permanent staff gives warmth and a feeling as if you are at home. When you see them in a good mood and cordial at work, it is clear that the management cares about the guests as well as the employees. Kudos to the whole team!

What a wonderful holiday in a lovely little hotel with views of the beautiful Playa Palma. I cannot thank the team enough from housekeeping, to waiting staff and reception. We have usually stayed in **** hotels and this was *** but well worth it! The hotel was clean , staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious and varied! We were so happy with our choice and would highly recommend. Special mentions for Simona and Joanna and the rest of the team ( I’m so sorry I didn’t get names) , EVERY one … so please could they get some recognition for what they do effortlessly, day in day out. Amazing! Sad to be home

We had 2 nights here in this lovely hotel. The room was excellent with beautiful views across the beach. The roof top area is fabulous with great views and bonus jacuzzi. We had breakfast which was a great range of food. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Nice small modern freshly refurbished hotel in a great location just across the small road from the beautiful beach of Can Pastilla. Taxi from the airport was €16 fixed price, return was €18 both on tariff 1. Nice communal areas and a reasonably priced drinks menu and a nice bar area. The rooms are basic and small with a tiny modern bathroom. It does what it needs to and the beds are comfortable. it has a small fridge but a coffee machine would be great too. On that note, down at breakfast, the white coffee option on the machine does taste too great but if you select espresso and then warm milk this is much better. Negative, the cleanliness of the room. We arrived at 1 am and after putting a small amount of clothes away our feet were gritty. The toilet seat, despite the garland across it stating sanitised had yellow dried urine on the underside of the seat which I wiped off with paper. The glasses at the side of the sink had dried toothpaste water from someone else's toothbrushes in the bottom. For the first two of the three days (8th/9th May) our beds weren't touched or the floor, the only thing we noticed was the shower towel picked up, bin emptied and the 'please make up our room' put back inside. 3rd day was fine. Room 314. We were plagued with inconsiderate neighbours who thought it was ok to move furniture on arrival at 3:30 am and have a conversation with each other while one was in the bathroom. They then went on to go out every night and let everyone know they were back at 4 am, a small note on the door worked on the last night otherwise they would have been up at the same time as me for the airport. There were several parties staying. We paid €100 a night which is probably about right, but looking at the summer rate of €220, no chance, it's not worth that for a basic small room. Bus 25 direct to Palma is a short walk away, takes 20mins and is €2, have cash no larger than €20.

Located at the quieter end of Palma beach, this hotel offers incredible sea views from its casual and contemporary downstairs terrace bar or balcony (if you upgrade to a sea view room). This is a 3-star hotel that excels at keeping things simple and doing them very well. The room was spotlessly clean, the food was of excellent quality, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Okay, there is no swimming pool, but the cool rooftop plunge pool provides welcome respite from the heat, and of course, the beach and sea are only a few metres away. We really enjoyed our stay here and would have no hesitation in returning.

We didn't stay in the hotel, but stopped off here for a very welcome drink after a tiring walk. Good service from the bar, and the outside terrace is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink.
