The hotel is right next to the airport, with planes taking off every minute ✈️. It's very noisy for a relaxing stay. Plus, there's almost no soundproofing in the rooms; you can even hear your neighbors talking. Breakfast is a buffet, though you can only really put together a modest selection. The room is cleaned daily, which is good because they don't provide the slippers they advertise. The pool can only be used until 6:30 PM.

Everything was good! The only minor inconvenience was having to fill out a lot of information during check-in, which was a bit bothersome but didn't detract from it being a nice hotel. The pool view opens up to a public lounge area. If you book a club room or a VIP room, it comes with snacks and drinks. The food ordered from the first-floor restaurant was also quite tasty and not expensive.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view, but the gym was tiny and there was no free parking available (only on the surrounding streets). Overall, it was good. Early in the morning, a cleaning lady would knock on the door, so you need to remember to put up the 'do not disturb' sign yourself.

The hotel environment is really nice, but staying here during the rainy season feels a bit like a waste, as many outdoor areas couldn't be enjoyed. The 'Bali' room type has a shared balcony, and I only found out after checking in that I could have contacted the hotel beforehand to book a room with a private balcony. This time, I booked a room with breakfast and dinner included, and the dining experience was excellent. The dinner menu had a different theme every day of the week.

The room and environment are really nice, but the location is a bit out of the way. There's no supermarket nearby, you have to walk about 15 minutes to find a large shopping mall. Breakfast is decent, and the sea-view room is also pretty good. Everything else is just okay.

Everything was great, including breakfast... but the rooms are very noisy. I don't mean airplane noise, but you can hear people walking and talking in the hallways right outside the rooms. I'm a light sleeper and was woken up several times during the night. It's a real shame because the beds are very comfortable.
