Nice and quiet typical umbrian Inn with fantastic local food (local produce is used) Excellent house wine Charming owners attend very caringly to their guests needs. Spectacular views over the hills - sunsets and sunrises included. Free parking

Vale la pena per la posizione e per il panorama. Vale la pena per la struttura e le camere. Vale davvero la pena per la cucina, tutto, ma proprio tutto fatto in casa: dalla sfoglia della lasagna bianca, ai ravioli, ai dolci, ai salumi dal gusto antico di produzione propria. Ma per me vale la pena soprattutto per i proprietari, incontro autentico di umanità. Grazie Giovanni per la tua naturale e potente saggezza, grazie Francesca per la tua delicata e discreta eleganza.

Nel mezzo dei colli umbri abbiamo scovato questa locanda: interni semplici, cibo genuino, grande cortesia. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Inebriato dal buon cibo, scrivo questa recensione felice dell’esperienza rara di un tempo che fu (e che dovrebbe ancora essere). Lasciatevi conquistare da ingredienti di prima qualità e godetevi l’esperienza (ormai sempre più rara) di una vera cena genuina.

Caro perché ci è bastata una sera per affezionarci alla simpatia del proprietario e la sua cordialità, ai piatti e ai prezzi, al rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Salumi freschi, locali e davvero buoni, primo piatto (ravioli con salsiccia) eccezionale, dolci fatti in casa davvero sorprendenti. Da provare. Km che vale la pena fare tutti e per gli ospiti del relais affianco, non perdetelo, fateci un salto, anzi più di uno.
