Hotel Canandaigua, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Clean rooms,  ice location and beautiful views.

We picked the hotel for its location, it overlooks the lake and has great views. The room is decent. They could have a better ventilation, as it gets pretty suffocated especially when the windows are closed. Breakfast service was very slow. There were only two people managing a full house. Gym is decent. The hotel staff is friendly. Food is decent. They could do better with the complimentary coffee they provide in the lobby in mornings.

Hotel was a great value for the money. Clean, large rooms, good bar and restaurant. Food was great too with friendly and very courteous staff.

The hotel was fine but the restaurant is extremely understaffed. The wait to be seated was endless - very frustrating. This definitely takes away from enjoyment of the stay.

Nice location. Very safe area. Pool was a little dirty. Did not have our room ready in time. Very short-staffed

Room was clean and bathroom had plenty of room. View of the lake was great way to wake up. Best part was the staff at the front desk. Very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is quite new & the lakefront property is beautiful. Room was very clean & quiet. Bed was super comfy. The Cove had delicious food, especially the meatball appetizer. Only complaint was they needed more help. We went back for dessert and the bartender ended up waiting on us. He was very sweet. Otherwise we would’ve waited forever. Then the next morning, when attempting to go in for breakfast, we were ignored for a long time while trying to check in. We ended up going elsewhere.

Hotel Canandaigua was very well maintained and clean, friendly staff and the rooms were cleaned and were nicely done for the guest and waiting for them. That’s more comfortable very well Lit at night and lots of parking.
