Great location near restaurants and the supermarket. A well priced apartment, clean, well maintained room with laundry and kitchen. Parking is reasonable and easy. There are some 3p parking spaces available near the hotel and free parking after 6 pm. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is very good, stayed for two months. Gungahlin life is very convenient, nearby Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Bunning Warehouse, Kmart, BigW supermarket, shopping is convenient. There is also a light rail and convenient transportation. There is also a lake with ducks, black swans, and beautiful natural scenery. Love Gungahlin here. If you study abroad and immigrate here in Australia, you can take the PTE test. I'm trying to take the PTE test now. Friends who need information can contact me, WeChat tutehub.

A lovely place to stay. Very quiet and the staff were very helpful friendly and courteous.
The room was excellent there is however no in room coffee or tea facilities which was a shame.

The hotel is very new, the environment is very good and comfortable, the serviced apartment facilities are very complete, there is a washing machine and dryer in the room, as well as kitchen utensils, you can cook, the price is very cost-effective, highly recommended. There are Turkish restaurants and some bakeries nearby, which are also recommended

Very Good
LLaymond Ho YinReception refused to provide tax invoice as this was a business trip. They advised I needed to go through trip.com but trip.com doesnt offer tax invoices.... otherwise, my room was all the way in the other side of the reception. Would have liked if there was another entrance on the other side of the reception. EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST PERFECT!
