Good location, spacious room, friendly staff. However, no parking onsite (paid Wilson's parking nearby), bathrooms were dated/had mould in floor corners due to bad ventilation and poor drainage.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast is healthy. However, this hotel is not 5 star. Horizon rooms, which are not the cheapest, sit directly on a multi lane highway which is crazy loud. Public bathrooms are not cleaned daily, bins are not emptied. Basics like salt and soap are not automatically checked and refilled. The breakfast area is the lobby / a public thoroughfare. Parking is 35$ a day, which is not clear when booking. Lighting dark dark dark. TV didn’t connect. All in all we did not experience the usual 5 star stay, which was a shame because we wanted to treat our family to a special weekend away.

This stay was the best I've had in Canberra. The bed was comfy, and the whole vibe was very rustic. The electric blinds were so cool.

State of art hotel, spacious room and king bed for small family, 5-star friendly service. Cinema and wine bar at ground floor, convenient for entertainment at night. Breakfast included in our stay, choose any ala carte from the menu, and kid eats free!
