I had a pleasant stay at Novotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are very clean. The location is excellent, only a 3-minute walk from the city center and 3 minutes from ANU dorms. The bus stop is right downstairs. The Asian handsome guy at the front desk provided excellent service and even allowed me to check in early. I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name; I checked in around 10 AM on September 2nd. Many thanks to him! I will definitely stay at Novotel again next time I'm in Canberra.

The location is convenient, and the facilities are clean. However, it's already 2026, so why are they still using card insertion for the elevator and room access? There weren't many cups, good thing I brought my own. What kind of inhumane design is it to have the tissue box stuck to the sink? Just because Australian hotels are eco-friendly doesn't mean they should remove all amenities.

The location is super convenient, right in the city center with the bus station next door. There are no cooking facilities in the room, but they have a restaurant with a breakfast buffet and à la carte dinner. Public amenities include a pool and a sauna (though it was closed when I tried to use it in the evening). The service was friendly and helpful with any issues. Overall, it was great! 😍

The location is fantastic! If you're taking a FlixBus, it's right next to the station, and also very close to the local bus stop and train station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There are also plenty of different restaurants nearby, so you definitely won't go hungry – the only problem is deciding what to eat! (´▽｀) Although the hotel isn't brand new, and the water sometimes cuts out briefly when showering at night, it has all the necessary facilities and a great location, so I'd still highly recommend it.

The location is perfect for families—only about a 10-minute walk to the CBD, with plenty of as excellent for a family, with two large double beds, making it very comfortable for everyone. Overall, we found the hotel to be great value for money, especially considering the convenient location and spacious family-friendly room. We would definitely stay here again.

Great room, very spacious and bright. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the location is super convenient. There's a bus/train station nearby, so it's easy to get to the airport and local attractions. Just remember to grab a public transport card!

The room is spacious, and the location is convenient, very close to the mall, only a 5 to 8-minute walk away. The mall has a complete range of restaurants and shops, and it's the largest mall in Canberra. The hotel is also not far from the War Memorial & Mount Ainslie; an Uber ride isn't expensive. Plus, there's a light rail station right downstairs, which is very convenient.

Very convenient next to Murray's bus stop. We nicely had an upgraded room to Kingsbed. Nice view and we slept well.
