Mondrian Cancun All Inclusive

THIS IS A SCAM: hotel website specified there are 3 pools on the property but the rooftop pool is only available to club room guests only. This was nowhere to be seen on hotel website or Trip.com description. A partial refund would have been appropriate for the false claims they made. Bad service everywhere: concierge staff just standing there watching me taking my suitcases off the vehicle without thinking of offering help. The Italian restaurant took 45 for the first course to arrive. Submitted negative review in the post stay survey and all I got was as standardised reply. Housekeeping won’t come until 4pm. Terrible buffet - you’ll find the same burger by the pool and in buffet . Same shrimp from Italian and the buffet. Same ceviche in the ceviche bar and the buffet. Ingredients are recycled everywhere.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. The hotel was spotless, cleanliness is clearly a top priority, which made the whole experience feel relaxing and comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions while still offering peace and privacy. My favorite part was definitely their private beach. The food was also very good, though I was a little surprised there weren’t fresh coconuts or açaí bowls available (not sure why I expected these!). Overall, it’s a beautiful place that combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.

Totally trash, food is bad, service is bad, location is bad You probably want to pay more to a better hotel, or pay lesser to a non-all inclusive hotel No matter what, dont choose this one
