Hotel Parador Reviews

I have stayed at the hotel many times , very convenient to the ADO bus station , central to restaurants. The room was clean and served its purpose. Hot water. The front desk could do with improvements, only one man was friendly and could speak English. There is no hairdryer in the room and should you wish to use one you must leave your ID at reception. The bar and its friendly staff situated adjacent to the hotel was a good place to hangout .

THIS HOTEL IS GOOD

We arrived at the hotel and the staff was quite serious. They gave us the keys to our room, but when we entered, we were disappointed. The room smelled damp, the doorknobs were broken, the furniture was very old, and the bathtub floor was all cracked. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi didn't reach the room. We went to complain and ask to be upgraded to a decent room. They finally gave us a "superior category" to the one we had booked, and it was somewhat better. It was renovated, although it was infested with mosquito repellent (we had to sleep constantly reapplying repellent). The only good thing about it is the location: close to the ADO bus station, the bus stop to go to the hotel zone, and the van stop, and close to the center and main street. Even so, we wouldn't stay here again. They sell you the idea of a 3-star hotel, but this is far from the truth.

I booked a cheap place with the intention of just sleeping. The location was good, but the old room and the smell of disinfectant on the floor made it uncomfortable.

The service was good, but the room had a pungent smell that was unbearable!

L hotel è sporco , si sente casino tutto il giorno, finestra con muro a 20cm , sei in un seminterrato , reception non capiscono niente. Piscina sporca , acqua fredda com bagno che affaccia sul corridoio.

Está en el centro de Cancún, en contra esquina de la terminal de autobuses ADO. Para mi es muy práctico, pues en la esquina pasa el transporte local de camiones y camionetas a diferentes lugares de Cáncun, e inclusive camionetas a Puerto Juárez, Playa del Carmen muy económicas. En esta ocasión como a las 3 de la mañana se suscitó una pelea justo en el cuarto contiguo, con gritos y golpes, se presentó la policia a desalojar a los viajeros. el hotel se encuentra en reconstrucción, por lo que a las 9:00 empiezan los trabajadores con martillasos y ruido de herramientas. el internet solo funciones cerca de recepción, no en cuartos (esto es de siempre), Las habitaciones más baratas están deterioradas, la cama está bien, no esperes agua caliente aunque no la necesitas por el calor de Cancún, no te ponen agua para beber, los canales de TV son los nacionales, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien
