Krystal Urban Cancun & Beach Club

The Location is the only plus here, the check in process was horrible. The stress of the holidays and the inconsistencies of booking errors made us feel on the edge the entire stay. No fridge on the rooms when we secured one for the price, the downgrades gave no refunds or gratuities. When asked to be transferred, they said no straight away and when we start to be firm they wanted us to vacate the room and wait for the 3pm check in to avail the room. The food was meh. The stay is supposed to be relaxing, this was the complete opposite.

Nice simple no-frills hotel, but please note that if you want to go to the beach club, you will need very early reservation as it is full and only available in the morning

We’re room 620 with beach club access the location of the hotel is perfect it’s close to everything you need, mall, restaurant, hospital, money changer and a lot more! You should the beach club access u won’t regret! And ladies at the reception are very helpful and very nice they can answer everything u need to know! I love my stay at Krystal Urban Carlos and Itzel are super nice! And the breakfast is superb!

There was a bit of a language barrier. However, the facilities were amazing and the location was right next to a big mall with a supermarket, food court, cinema, and a few stores. The breakfast was buffet style with custom omelettes, and the pool was great too.

The room is very old and only has very basic furniture inside. There was even. No chair in our room until we asked. The reception is difficult to communicate in English .

Great hotel and location. Small gym but do the work. Sure choosing again!!
