Flamingo Cancun All Inclusive

Very good in all the ways, costumer service, nice room like in the pictures, only steps to the beach, the food is fantastic. The extra shows in the nigh are nice. I will return there. Thanks for the good service in all the places, specially in the restaurant to David and the lady who prepare the omelettes. 3 different pool. 10/10

Terrible experience. My experience was MEDIOCRE. When I've arrived for checking, the lady at the reception told me there was no available room anymore in the hotel although I booked my room 3 months ago!!! She asked me to go to another hotel for 1 night and then to come back the day after to get a room with them. I initially accepted, but then I realized while waiting for a taxi that she was giving rooms to other people who arrived after me. I precise that I am ALONE, while they were giving room to families of 4 to 5 people. I've found it totally unfair so I came back to the reception to tell them I'm not moving to another hotel while they still have rooms for me. I had to insist for almost 1 hour as they were making tons of excuses but still welcomed new guests while we were talking. and they finally gave me a room. But wait, it's not over!! The room was AWFUL!! Please see the photo so I don't have to describe every single thing. Overall, it's dirty, most of things are broken, and it's absolutely not the same type of room that I booked on the website. The sink was broken as well so it was leaking all the time and I had to clean after each time I used it. Not restful at all. That is a SCAM!! I asked for another room for the rest of my stay, as they initially told me, but they then told me that this one will be the one I'll get for the entire stay. Plus, they made me paying a fee during the checkin, that was not indicated when I booked the room on the website. I had a horrible time staying in this room and I saved for a year for this... DON'T GO THERE IF YOU ARE ALONE, YOU DO NOT REPRESENT ENOUGH MONEY FOR THEM.

I've been staying at Flamingo before and always is a great experience, staff there are really warm, food is delicious, excellent room service, everything feels like home since the first step getting into that hotel.
