The room type I received didn't match my booking, so I contacted Trip.com to upgrade to a sea-facing room. The Caribbean view was undoubtedly amazing. I had all three meals at the hotel and didn't have to share the pool with a large group of Westerners. I spent two days relaxing at the hotel and truly unwound.

Terrible service. They didn't honor my reservation, and I had to pay extra for a room with a jacuzzi that I couldn't even use because there were cockroaches. On top of that, there were staff working on the terrace, which meant no privacy.

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel app wasn't working, which was inconvenient. I wanted to change a restaurant reservation, but when I canceled it, I couldn't make another reservation. It was an all-inclusive resort, but I didn't realize there was a limit to the number of restaurant reservations I could make until I got there. I ended up eating most of my meals at the buffet, which was boring. Also, when I called to request laundry, no one answered the phone.

The hotel is right by the sea 🏝️ and has four restaurants, which are only open for dinner. Breakfast and lunch are buffet style. The service is excellent, and the food is decent.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were also very nice. However, it was disappointing that we couldn't get a reservation at the restaurant, so we ended up eating the buffet every day, which didn't require reservations. As for the buffet, there were some delicious items, but I also felt that there were quite a few things that didn't suit my taste.
