My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!

It feels like a four-star level. Although it is all-inclusive, the drinks are not good, and there is no better restaurant in the hotel. The swimming pool is full and noisy, and there is no leisure atmosphere. There was still hair in the bathtub that people lived in before. The taxi can't stop at the front desk, so I have to pull the box and walk to the back floor. About Cancun: But it's not the hotel's fault, the whole Cancun revealed such an impetuous atmosphere. Taxi is expensive. Not my kind of place.

I absolutely had a wonderful time on my vacation. The building and grounds are beautiful and the artwork is exquisite. I enjoyed both Katia's warm smile and generosity as well as the other woman who speaks english, but I didn't catch her name. I really loved speaking with her as she has a very strong and kind spirit. I noticed throughout my stay that there is 24hr security on site as I get up randomly throughout the night. When the AC stopped working in my room I was offered a different room with working AC, but I was comfortable in my suite and the night air was good enough to keep me cool until the next morning when they fixed it. I felt very welcomed, safe, and appreciated. They get 5 stars from me.

The environment was decent, the rooms were spacious, and extra beds were available. Dining was convenient, with a buffet almost all day, so you didn't have to worry about returning late from outings. However, don't expect too much from the food quality, and the restaurant and bar staff were generally unfriendly. You need to download the hotel's app before check-in, as some restaurants require advance reservations, and these must be made through the app and customer service; on-site reservations are not possible. I stayed for six days and still couldn't get a steak reservation.

The room was quite spacious, but clearly very old. Even with a 'sea view' room, if it's located in an unfavorable part of the building, you'll only catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance. The hotel's beach was spotless, no seaweed in sight, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was a buffet with a decent variety, though the taste was just average; my favorite dish, surprisingly, was the oatmeal cooked with milk.

Perfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible. The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age.

Nice and on the strip in Cancun, in the hotel zone, itf you're going there to go to the beach or party it's good. Beds were comfortable enough and had AC in the room and all that. Couldn't go swimming outside the hostel because there are crocodiles which is a bit of a unique disappointment but not the hostel's fault of course. (There was a big slide that was shut off, would have been pretty fun🤣) Comparatively more expensive bar than other hostel's I stayed in in Mexico but that's also more of a Cancun thing as a higher priced destination. Good overall.

We stayed in the garden villa which also has a bit of ocean view for four days. The location is great, beach and pools are great too, buffet is a meh, so remember to book one of the restaurants as soon as you can as the quality of the food is much better. Overall a great place with an attractive price.

The all-inclusive resort was quite good. The room was nice and had great views. The beach right in front was one of the most beautiful in the area and was free of sargassum (we went for a walk one day and some of the surrounding hotels had beaches covered in sargassum). What we liked least was the limited variety of food. There are four restaurants, but the food is always the same. The buffet is quite basic; we didn't use it because we didn't like much of it. The specialty restaurants aren't bad. In our opinion, they should improve this: the Italian restaurant doesn't have pizza on its menu, and the pasta sauces are watery/Mexican, even though there's little variety in Mexico. There are no quesadillas (how can that be? We tried more Mexican food before arriving at the resort than here). Breakfast at the Italian restaurant was delicious. And the salmon tacos at Flor de Sal are also delicious. We've had them every day! There's an adults-only pool with good views, which is great. You're relaxed (as long as you don't have groups of drunken kids screaming around). One problem we encountered is that people reserve sun loungers early in the morning and leave their towels there without even being at the pool. On top of that, the larger ones, with sofas and umbrellas, are reserved for VIPs, and even if they're not occupied, they won't let you use them. The staff is a 10. Very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. The gym is quite well-equipped for a hotel. On checkout day, they remove your all-inclusive bracelet when you leave your room, but you can stay in the hotel and enjoy the restaurants and services until 4:00 PM.
