We’ve had the most wonderful stay at Marbella House. We stayed here for three nights, we were looked after by Sajjan and the staff exceptionally and made to feel that we were right at home in their most delightful house. The food was sublime. We felt so lucky to have a whole restaurant to ourselves whenever we wanted meals and drink, snacks and masala chai! As a family, we agreed that our most delicious meal we experienced during our two week trip in India, was our last evening here at Marbella House. We took a special liking to and highly recommend the prawn curry! Aside from the beauty of the house which was so comfortable to stay in, the highlight was the people who looked after us. Sajjan welcomed us, hosted us and continuously made sure that we were having a lovely time. He gave us recommendations of restaurants to visit, experiences to try and joined us on our expedition to a local bingo night - his recommendation - which was such a laugh! One person we all want to massively thank is Moti. He is a lovely *** who looked after us with such kindness and care, always ready to tend to our needs. He always served us with a smile on his face and a sense that it was his pleasure to be of service. Just a small example, when we asked Moti for a good place to see the sunset, instead of giving us directions he instead chose to lead us up a hill to see the gorgeous view, then walked us down after. We do have to apologise for the massive number of lime sodas we ordered from you Moti (but they were so good!). All of the staff who cooked and looked after us, thank you! Thank you Ashok, Pascol, Nandhu, Sunita, Tunija, Karan and those whom we shamefully did not get the names of. You’re all so kind and thoughtful in your work. The ladies of the family also enjoyed amazing and relaxing massages from a real master of the craft, Tunija! We so recommend staying at Marbella house if you find yourself on holiday in Goa. We only stayed for four days, though it seems most guests stay here for weeks on end, and we can see why…
