Pathetic hotel and services Pool was filled with insects and flies Room phones not working Kitchen not available Staff is rude and non supportive And not at all good for families

We arrived at 4 am in the morning to be met with what i can describe as the worst room i have ever encountered, no safe no drawers to put your clothes except a small desk draw and a wardrobe that is suitable for a child not two adults staying for 19 nights. 24 hour reception is available if you can wake the receptionist up. It was that poor that we could not bring ourselves to ask for another room, as my thought is if you think that putting guests in this room is acceptable then its not somewhere I want to stay. The air con was nearly hanging off the wall and was vibrating against the wall where the bed was so the chance of sleep with it on was minimal and we where both tired after a long day travelling. I wont go into the payment we made and did not receive back anything although the room was totally unacceptable. I can not comment on the food as did not re-enter the property once we left as after seeing the room i dread to think what things they do with the food.
