Great Hotel and friendly helpful staff. Facilities : The pool was clean and a nice size with a small children's area off to one side. It was cleaned each morning as was the pool area. Towels were available from reception as and when required. Drinks and food were available to order throughout the day. Just ask for the menu. Cleanliness : The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels in the bathroom. The bed was made each day and changed on a regular basis. The floors and balcony were cleaned daily. Room : This has to be one of the biggest rooms I have ever stayed in. It had a fridge (to keep your water cold)! and a safe. 2 bottles of water were out in the room each day (FOC). There was a tv, but you had to search to find any English channels. The WI-FI was excellent with each room (we had 2at the hotel) having a WI-FI booster. The bathroom was large and the shower powerful and hot! The air con was efficient and quiet enough to leave on overnight. Breakfast : Maybe not as ***y options as a UK hotel, but enough. There was a choice of cereal, toast, a selection of Goan options and the kitchen would cook fresh eggs each morning as you would like them .. Boiled, poached, fried or as an omelette. Fresh joice, water, tea and coffee was all available and all self service. Staff : The staff were friendly and helpful. During our stay they provided wake up calls, rang for taxis and provided any assistance required. They even going out cases to the pickup point on the day of departure ... at 5.30 in the morning. Overview : This hotel is in an ideal position just off the main road so noise is kept to a minimum. The beach is about 5 minute walk away. It is as clean as a hotel in Goa can be (bear in mind this is a dusty place to visit). When we had a problem in our bathroom it had been fixed by the time breakfast was finished! The staff could not be more helpful and we would have no problem going back there for another stay. I Only one slight complaint .. It would be helpful to have instructions on how to use the air con, the tv and turning on the hotvwater, but we ***aged to work it out!

It's very dated and old and past its best , the rooms were never cleaned properly, some days we had to ask twice for room to be cleaned. some of the staff didn't speak any English at all and it was very hard to communicate , one lovely lady ***ager spoke good English and we got by , breakfast was basic as you would expect in Goa eggs eggs and moors eggs and toast , location was of the main busy road it was a experience trying to cross all the time but again we ***aged , would I stop here again No ! Far better and cheaper places to stay , can't believe Tui push this place as its well below normal standards .... avoid !!!

Don't know where to begin, but here goes. 1. The buffet breakfast consists of eggs or any one veg dish, that's it 2. Housekeeping does not exist, if it does i haven't seen it in all off my 2 nights & 3 days stay. 3. WiFi Exists, just not while you are staying there. 4. Who needs television when you are vacationing.. so the set top box is just for decoration. 5. Ask for Washroom napkins & they send you foot mats. 6. Air-conditioning turns on 20mins post switching it on.

First time visit to this particular hotel although we have previously been to Goa ***y times.. Firstly I like the location, tucked away behind the fruit and veg market makes it a quiet enclave although it’s not too far to all the amenities Room…great, very spacious, clean , great shower , comfortable bed, everything works, slightly jaded but lovely all the same. Room boys kept the room very clean, no complaints Breakfast, well it’s Goa, so eggs and eggs … Helpful check in from reception, I think the ***’s name is amazad? Pool area, this is not so good, I watched a girl mopping but the mop was pretty dirty and it had a run down feel, although the pool water seemed to be pretty clean. Hardly anyone used the pool, we personally used it for the odd half hour after shopping etc…closes at 6 but I think 7 would be better as it’s still so hot. Would I stay again, definitely yes. Much more pluses than minuses but I think the pool area could do with some refurbishment

The hotel was promised as an upmarket boutique hotel. What we got was a very tired and dirty hotel, with no facilities! No pool bar, only a fridge in the reception office with bottled beer, and after 10 days ***aged to get a sprite. The advertised restaurant was closed and derelict! Rooms dirty and in need of a complete upgrade. No hairdryer, no laundry service, unsecured Wi-Fi which was turned off at about 8pm every day and a safe in the rooms which you could pick up and walk out with! Everyone was complaining and going to take it up on return.

Awful hotel, rooms dirty, no pool side bar and if you do ask for a drink it's a choice between beer and pop. There were times when they ran out ! Non English speaking waiters. Over 10 people who were staying at the same time as us were complaining and have contacted TUI sending photographic evidence of the state of this hotel . Certainly not as advertised

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Hideaway. Staff are very supportive and polite Lush green garden with swimming pool. For those looking to visit the beaches and regularly, it is a bit far from the nicer beach, approximately 40 minutes to ashwem. We will visit again & recommend to our friends and family. 10/10

Dirty rooms and washrooms toilet seats are extremely dirty non cooperative staff and GM with big specs himself gets drunk and sits in the reception and if we tell him that we need to see another room he tells we don't have more rooms to show youll we had booked in full for 2 nights and he had asked cash from us to avoid tax but when we asked for refund he said refund won't be possible it was our worst experience ever in this resort

We are on our Honeymoon and this is the second day in this hotel and I am already regretting my decision for choosing it. There is no in house restaurant in this hotel. When asked at the reception they said to use the restaurant at their sister hotel which is Silver Sands Serenity. Request at reception was denied for delivering the order to room citing lame excuses like "staff nahi hai" and "der lagegi". When requested for ice cubes that was again denied blankly by the reception lady. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
