We stayed one night and had a very disappointing experience. The shower drain was extremely slow — we had to stand in a pool of water while showering. We reported it, and the staff member who came was unprofessional: he touched the drain with gloves, then touched the sink faucet and door handle without changing them, and walked into the shower with his shoes on, leaving dirty footprints. He said nothing was blocked and that the plumbing staff had gone home, so nothing could be done until 8am — no solution was offered.
The next morning, someone finally called around 9am to ask if they could come fix it, but we were already packed and ready to leave. On top of that, both the sink and toilet had visible stains when we arrived.
For a hotel of this size, this level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable.
The hotel only responded by saying they hope we will give them another chance and promised a better experience next time. However, apart from that, they did not actually resolve the issue we faced.
