Good Location

We went for my niece's birthday because we planned a trip to skyzone which is down the street. We didn't know how the conditions were going to be on the road because usually it shows during Thanksgiving here, so that's why we got a room. Before arriving, I was told that I could hold the room on a card, but pay in cash. When checking in, I was told different. The front desk clerk was very snobby towards us. She said that our rooms weren't ready, & they wouldn't be near each other. After booking the room, I called the hotel & asked for our rooms to be near each other & was told that they would be. We asked while checking in, could we have a late check out, we were told that we couldn't because they have to get the rooms ready for the people who are coming after us. The 1 room they had ready at the time we all went to, I booked 3 rooms.. they finally gave us the 2nd room, then the 3rd. When we got the 3rd room, the heart wasn't working. Then we were told we'd have to wait because there wasn't any other rooms available, saying they were all sold out. All of this was told by one individual. When her "shift" was over, the staff after her were more accommodating. They helped us get another room, helped with the late check out & apologized for any inconvenience that occurred. The Breakfast staff was rude. When saying excuse me to the lady she kept walking past as if she didn't hear me, when she was right next to me. Just a horrible experience all in all. Never again.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Everything sparkling clean from the rooms to the pool. Breakfast was awesome as well. Definitely will stay at this location again!

Overall, not a bad experience. Breakfast was good, dining area was clean and well kept. The rooms were clean, however they need some major updating. Wallpaper pealing off walls, toilet seat was falling off, fixtures were very old. Only had luke warm water for shower. Area around the hotel is run down and not the safest. Staff was very nice.

Very Comfortable bed, very spacious room, and we found the breakfast amazing. The selection was above and beyond any we have seen before. The bathroom could use a touch up.

Very comfortable, spacious room, plenty of furniture but most impressed with the breakfast. It was Beautifully displayed ,!tremendous variety, and delicious.

Really enjoyed the stay. Peaceful. Eveb with the fanily reunion tharvwas going on itbwas still respectful and contained. Nobody got overly rowdy and thevstaff was super kind and helpful. Id stay again for sure.

Decent stay. The chair & ottoman in the room could use a deep cleaning. Bed was comfortable shower was hot, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash wasn’t filled so we ran out, fortunately we had our own. Breakfast was good and coffee. My biggest complaint was kids running through the halls upstairs and I’ll never stay in the room right next to the pool, I was waken by loud kids at 6am going to the pool. But overall decent stay.

No issues Room was clean and quiet. Not new, but maintained. Quiet and seeminly safe location. Close to Hwy, amd easy shot to Detroit. Staff was helful and friendly.
