Highly recommended for a truly 5 stars experience from superb service, clean and big rooms, yummy food and amazing views! I had a corner room with windows on 2 sides of the room and it's truly amazing to wake up to a panaromic view of the mountain ranges!! And the bathtub has a great view too! The restaurant is spacious, superb service too where the server there brought food for me, despite being a buffet, and the selection is good and taste yummy too!! What made this hotel stand out for me is the warm, fun and friendly service of Du, Thoa and Khanh leaving a lasting impression for me! ❤️🥂

Also the service is very good

I booked 10 rooms for 19 peoples up to 12 years old and 2 kids under 10 years….but one kid has to pay for staying in the same bedroom with his parents…overall its okay

Excellent place with great staff

Sensational hotel in the very center of Cao Bang, WONDERFUL staff… an excellent buffet breakfast and a large indoor pool on the top floor, spacious and very bright room… without a doubt a great choice

A perfect spot to recharge after sightseeing around North Vietnam. We had the beautiful pool to ourselves each time we went, what a treat.

Bel hôtel visiblement de construction récente. Le personnel est accueillant et aimable mais peu d’entre eux parlent anglais ce qui peut poser problème pour se faire comprendre de la clientèle internationale. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La piscine est superbe mais inutilisable en raison de la forte chaleur qui y règne lorsqu’on arrive en fin d’après-midi après une journée particulièrement ensoleillée. Il en est de même pour le bar où il fait très chaud. Seuls des cafés ou sodas y sont proposés. Il serait bien de proposer une carte de cocktails avec ou sans alcools. Je mets une note de 4 pour le cadre de l’hôtel et la gentillesse du personnel qui affiche une volonté de bien faire. Nul doute que la prise en compte de ces quelques points à améliorer feront de cet hôtel une adresse à retenir.

Very satisfied, I will still stay when I come to Cao Bang, the service staff is very dedicated and good.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Cons: *air conditioning took a very long time to kick in. Felt like it was blowing out hot air instead of cool. *the hot water in the shower took a long time just to get warm. *the swimming pool on the 20th floor looks great but the heat was suffocating and unbearable and the pool water very warm. Pros: *great location, within walking distance to restaurants. *good bathroom amenities and clean shower with minimal mould. *room has plenty of space for luggage (for 2 people) *highlands coffee shop in the lobby was great. Nice place to sit and relax and enjoy a coffee or iced tea! Really nice and clean place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, central location, delicious food.

Staff is very friendly, especially Mr Hoai working as a receptionist help us lot to sort out transport difficulties which we have faced. He is giving his full cooperation on behalf of guests who are staying at the hotel.

There is a coffee shop on the 20th floor that we were recommended to go for a terrific view over the city. There were comfortable easy chairs and a welcoming staff. Despite the great location prices were reasonable. The manageress spoke excellent English and we had a good conversation with her, but the other staff did not master the English language.
