I had to book this property when my prior booking turned out to be closed for the season, taking my deposit with them. Staff were very nice. My only complaint was another guest let their child run up and down the porch of the main building with a luggage cart at 715am, New Years Day. I decided checking out was easier than confrontation. The rugs on the stairs need work. Caught my heels in holes on the stairs twice. Would stay again. Property is very convenient.

The stay was nice. Stayed in room 223 nice ocean view as advertised. The mattress really needs to be replaced sagging on one side. Difficult to sleep especially with noise from above and room next door. You could hear everything. I would recommend the property as it is a nice three star for a reasonable price. The location is awesome and they put a lot of love into the holiday decorations.

The room was clean, carpet and chair cushions could use some updating. We loved that we had somewhat of an ocean view! The only negative was that we did not get to use the hot tub because the same group of young girls were there for the 2 hours it was open after we arrived. There was not enough room for us to join, and they made no move to leave or give us some space.

Enjoyed having coffee or a drink on our balcony, having a soak in the spa, & walking the beach for sunrise. Near to many outdoor attractions, breweries & restaurants, & fun shps.
Neat, attractive room, comfy bed. Fridge, no midrowave. Very small bathroom, some hair in the tub.
2nd visit here, planning again to come back:)

Beautiful view of the ocean from the room, but it’s an old worn out building. Some were friendly at the desk, others were not. This hotel made me sign a registration before I could book our stay, which I have never had to do, it was a turn off but I had booked within the non cancellations period. I feel this hotel is not guest oriented but how they can make more money from their guests. I gave it a 4 for this reason, it was just ok overall. It had a funky strong disinfectant smell in our room, walls are thin so you can hear other guests.

I loved the location of this property and we enjoyed our stay. We also loved the closeness to the beach, the sunset view and the fall decorations.
