Gold Buffalo Hotel

I was impressed when I got there. But when I heard there is no clean towels it puts me off. So for our one night stay we didn't have any towels and on the app it shows there will be towels available.

Not very good. It is not very, very good. Awful.

Disgusting!!! Not easy to see or even accessable. The reception smells like cat pee!! Awful!

I had the worst experience ever which resulted in tears. I booked a room on Agoda two months ago. When I got there they said I had no reservation. I present my booking ID and proof of payment that Agoda has. They said that they only accept ABSA proof of payment. I have never had any issue with Agoda and never was it necessary for me to bring an ABSA proof of payment. I went to their hotel straight after my flight which was around 7 pm. At this time there are no ABSA banks open and I was not able to find the proof of payment on my app. They kept on insisting that they can't help me. Coming from a flight I was exhausted. We went back and forth about this proof of payment. I tried everything on my power, yet no help from the receptionist with this matter. It got to a point where I broke out in tears and left the building my husband then dealt with them. The receptionist then called the manager /owner and they told us that their system is off and that they have a room for us at a hotel down the road. We went there and it was the same story. I must add that these receptionists are tactless, inexperienced and don't know how to deal with these matters. They claim that it is not their problem and that I need to call Agoda. At 10 pm the night I had to call Agoda to see what was wrong and they just offered a refund. I'm sorry Gold Buffalo your reception was rude and unprofessional. The hotel itself was not a good sight. It's tasteless and lacks class. It's not a decent place. It looked as though they were operating a *******. You attract cheap clients and this causes the place to look like it's a Sabeen. Sies!
